JB/T 50158-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 008-87 "Classification of Energy Consumption of Industrial Boiler Rooms". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of boiler rooms for steam boilers with a rated capacity of 1t/h or more and hot water boilers with a rated capacity of 2.5 million kJ/h (i.e. 600,000 kCal/h) or more in mechanical industrial enterprises. Boiler room energy consumption refers to comprehensive energy consumption, i.e. the sum of fuel, electricity and water consumed by the boiler room during the statistical period converted into standard coal. Boiler rooms are divided into special, first, second and third grades according to the energy consumption per ton of standard steam. Boiler rooms that do not meet the energy consumption index of the third grade are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued in 1987. Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T50158-1999 Energy Consumption Classification of Industrial Boiler Room (Internal Use) Published on December 30, 1999 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implementation on June 1, 2000 JB.T50158—1999 This standard is a revision of ZDJ000B--871.Energy Consumption Classification of Industrial Steel Boiler Room. The main technical content has not changed. This standard will replace ZBJ01008—87 from now on. This standard was proposed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. This standard was drafted by the former National Machinery Design Institute, the Ministry of Machinery Industry Energy Conservation Center, and was first issued in 1987 under the standard by Tian Cuban and Zhao Qijun. Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Classification of Energy Consumption of Industrial Boiler Rooms (Internal Use) JB/T50158-1999 Generation J6108··87 This standard defines the energy consumption level of boiler rooms of machinery enterprises with a single boiler rated capacity greater than or equal to 1 steam boiler and greater than or equal to 2.5 million kJ/h hot water boilers. Housing energy consumption refers to comprehensive energy consumption, that is, the sum of fuel (coal, fuel oil, fuel gas), output and water consumed by the boiler room during the statistical period calculated as the sum of standard coal. The electricity and water consumption of the boiler room include: the total electricity and water consumption of the boiler, auxiliary equipment, living room, and the heat exchange station, soft water station, coal yard, and water supply yard belonging to the boiler room. 2 Energy consumption classification The energy or unit consumption index of the boiler room per ton of standard steam is divided into special, first, second, and third grades. The unit consumption index that does not meet the standard index is classified as out-of-grade. The energy consumption classification of the boiler room is shown in Table 1. S Boiler Energy Consumption Grade Assessment .IB/T50158—1999 5.! During the statistical period, when the rated capacity of the boilers in the steel furnace room belongs to the first grade, the energy consumption of the standard steam shall be compared with the corresponding energy consumption index in Table 1 to assess the energy consumption grade of the steel furnace room. 5.2 During the statistical period, when there are multiple boilers in the boiler room, and the rated capacity of each boiler is not in the first grade, the weighted average method shall be used to calculate the comprehensive single index value of the statistical period, and then the energy consumption of the standard steam shall be calculated and compared with it to assess the energy consumption grade of the steel furnace room.
