This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for soda ash packaging machines (hereinafter referred to as packaging machines). 5 Measurement requirements

In addition to meeting the requirements of this standard, they should also meet the requirements of relevant drawings. 6.1 Materials
All parts in contact with materials must be made of non-magnetic stainless steel: non-toxic and chemically stable materials. Materials must have quality certification documents
6.2 Instruments and electrical appliances
6.2.1 The output switch life of the programmable controller shall not be less than 107 times, 6.2.2 The mechanical life of the contactor and relay shall not be less than 107 times, 6.2.3 The electrical components installed on the host should be able to work normally in an environment with material dust. 6.3 Manufacturing
6.3.1 The welds on the inner wall of the equipment in contact with the material must be ground to the same height as the parent material. 6.3.2 Electrical control boxes and cabinets shall comply with Article 3.11.1 of GB3797. 6.3.3 Requirements for electrical control cabinets
Insulation resistance test shall be in accordance with Article 4.3 of GB3797; a. The safety distance shall not be less than 8mm, and the fertilizer distance shall not be less than 10mm; b.

6.3.4 Rotary feeder
The rotor must rotate flexibly and smoothly without any jamming; b. The coaxiality tolerance between the rotor and the shell shall be in accordance with Class C in Table 2 of GB1184. 6.3.5 Double screw feeder

The inner surface of the bag clamping cylinder sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene should be firmly attached and smooth, and the thickness of the covering layer should be not less than 0.2mm. After the bag clamp is assembled, it should be guaranteed to work flexibly.
6.3.8 The manufacture of belt conveyors shall comply with the provisions of GB10595. 6.3.9 The shock-absorbing bolts, rubber and steel plates are used to connect the shock-absorbing plate and the support bracket. After bonding, the shear strength shall not be less than 19MPa. 6.3.10 Folding sealing machine
6.3.10.1 The manufacture and acceptance of gears shall comply with the provisions of grade 8 accuracy in GB10095. 6.3.10.2 The manufacture and acceptance of sprockets shall comply with the provisions of GB1244. 6.3.10.3 The groove centers of the two transmission V-belt wheels shall be installed in the same horizontal plane, and the runout tolerance of the working surface shall not exceed 0.1mm. 6.3.10.4 The V-belt should be installed with moderate tightness, and can be pressed in 15~20mm in the middle along the direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the belt. 6.3.10.5 The chain roller should rotate flexibly, and the chain should be installed with moderate tightness, and can be pressed in 8~10mm in the middle along the direction perpendicular to the outer side of the chain.
6.3.10.6 After assembly and after disengaging the active V-belt pulley, the hand-pulling conveyor chain can make the passive V-belt pulley rotate. 6.3.10.7 The conveying speed of the conveyor chain is adjustable, and must be synchronized with the belt conveyor and sewing speed during operation. 6.3.10.8 Sewing mechanism
The force exerted by the hand wheel on the folding and sewing mechanism to move up and down on the column shall not exceed 98N; the sewing center shall be on the extension line of the folding center line, and the limit deviation shall not exceed ±2mm; the active and passive V-belt pulleys and the wheel groove centers shall be adjusted on the same horizontal plane, and the working surface runout shall not exceed 0.1mm; the V-belt shall be installed with moderate tightness, and the middle part shall be pressed in 15~20mm along the direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the V-belt; the sewing speed, folding speed and belt conveyor speed shall be synchronized, and the sewing stitch length shall be uniform without skipping or broken thread affecting the appearance and sealing quality;
The manufacturing and acceptance of bevel gears shall comply with the 8th grade accuracy in GB11365. The unmarked dimension tolerance in 6.3.11 shall comply with the IT14 grade in GB1804. The unmarked coaxiality tolerance shall comply with the C grade in Table 2 of GB1184.6.4 Installation
In addition to complying with HGJ203, the installation of the packaging machine shall also comply with the following requirements: 6.4.1 The contact surface of the conveyor belt of the packaging port and folding mechanism shall be in a straight line with the line of the sewing machine stitches, and the limit deviation shall not exceed ±2mm.
6.4.2 The parallelism tolerance of the positioning reference surface of the main body bracket relative to the horizontal plane shall not exceed 1.5mm. 6.4.3 Adjust the distance between the shock plate and the guide plate to 270mm. 6.4.4 Electrical control device:
a. There shall be no exposed live parts;
b. The verticality of the control cabinet installation shall not exceed 0.5%; a passage of more than 1000mm shall be left on the front of the control cabinet, C
6.4.5 The execution machinery (motor, electromagnetic chest, cylinder) shall respond sensitively and move accurately after receiving instructions. 6.4.6 The working noise of the packaging machine shall not exceed 85dB (A sound level) 6.5 The outer surface of the parts (except stainless steel fasteners) without the anti-corrosion requirements shall be coated with epoxy ester primer and then amino enamel paint for anti-corrosion. The inner surface of stainless steel in contact with soda ash shall be pickled and passivated. 6.6 The soda ash content in the air measured at 1m from the bagging port shall not exceed 10mg/m2, and the soda ash content at the exhaust port of the dust collector shall not exceed 30mg/m3
6.7 The packaging machine shall be away from various strong interference sources such as impact, vibration, and electromagnetic. 7 Tests
7.1 Idle operation test
The no-load linkage test of the packaging machine shall be completed according to the pre-compiled program except for the dust removal system, quantitative packaging scale, manual supply of packaging bags, folding, and sealing of bag mouths, etc., to realize the whole process of packaging technology; 7.2 Soda ash packaging test
Process,
The packaging machine shall be able to automatically weigh, manually supply packaging bags, fold, sew bag mouths, etc., to realize the whole process of packaging technology. Each continuous packaging is 15min, and it shall be done four times in total. The total number of packaging is the production capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1; b.

The weighing accuracy test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JJG731 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.7.3 The reliability test of the packaging machine shall be carried out during the use of the user. 8.1 Factory inspection

9.1 Marking
