This standard is based on 1S0105-X:1993 Anti-color Test for Fabrics Part X, Chemical Resistance: Chemical Resistance 3 to GR/T8480-197. This standard is equivalent to B18451S87 standard. The following contents are modified in this standard: 1. According to the modification notice of G3/T1-11U93 and I9-1.12, the cover and title are changed, the format is changed to "implementation", and the foreword and ISO foreword are added. 2. The procedures for writing are written according to S:5. The second chapter is replaced by the second chapter. 3. The length is changed to mm. 4. The content of the test report is added. 5. 4 Equipment and materials
4.1 Oven: Dry the sample in air at (±2℃) and bake in air at 115±2℃. 4.2 Aluminum chloride solution (density 1.37g/ml.) contains 514g of aluminum oxide hexahydrate (Al, =5H,0) per liter. 4.3 Hydrogenated liquid: Each liter contains 2ml .20 NH4H2O2 (NH4H2O2>4.4) control cup sample: use C1MurdanlRed3 (sample index, dyed according to the first version and slightly treated with potassium dilute acid). For the control standard, a piece of soaked village fabric is put into a soft bath with 10% sodium sulfate (NS0, 10% steel compound (NS0, 10% CH0 and 3% acetic acid (300g)). The temperature is 4C and the bath ratio is 40:1 in 3 minutes, and the cotton is continued. If necessary, carefully guide the 300g of water to make it into 2% (relative density 1.84) with an exciting bath and then add 15mL. Use cold water to make the dye clean, and add potassium disulfide dissolved in water. Warm the dye bath again, continue to boil for 3 hours, then take out the sample cloth, rinse it with cold self-watering water, and dry it at 4.5. 5 Test specimens

5.1 For high-quality fabrics, take a 40ranx_mn test specimen: 5.2 For sample fabrics, take a 40m100mm test piece, or make a test piece with end parallelism of 100mm and a diameter of about 5m, and take two test pieces from north to south.
5.3 If the sample is of sufficient fiber content, press it into a 40mmx1U0mm square. 6. Operation procedure
6.1 Place the reduced sample or control standard sample in the test and perform the test as described in 6.2-5.5. 6.2 Place the sample in a sodium hydroxide solution (4.2:5:1) until it is clear and the concentration is 2U:1. 6.3 Place the sample in an oven at 61r=2t and bake for 3 min, or longer if necessary. Then raise the temperature and bake at 115°C for 25 min. 6.4 Place the sample in a flowing stream and divide it into two halves. Place one half in a narrow atmosphere. 6.5 Place the other half in ammonium hydroxide (4.3) at room temperature for 30 min (bath ratio 40:1) and then rinse with running cold water for 5 min. Let the lower half dry in air without rapid flow. 6.6 Assess the color change of the mold (4.4) after neutralization according to the gray scale.
