The thickness of the weld shall not be greater than one-fourth of the thickness of the sheet. The maximum allowable roughness R is 0.4mm, and the contact surface shall not have any indentation or processing defects. 4 Test method 4.1 Chemical purity analysis of tungsten sheet can be replaced by the analysis result of the rod used to make the batch of sheets sold. The method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4324.1-4324.30. 4.2 Thickness determination method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230: If a Vickers gram meter is used for visual measurement, a load of 4.904N shall be used in accordance with the method specified in GB/T4340. The measured value shall be converted by comparison to meet the requirements of HRA. 4.3 The method for determining the number of grains on the cross section shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB. 4.4 The determination of braid strength shall be carried out in accordance with 5.14 of JB/5864.2-19. 4.5 According to 3.7.1, 4.6 According to the requirements of 3.7.2 and 3.7.3, the appearance and thickness of the tungsten contacts shall be checked by measuring or magnifying glass. 4.7 According to the requirements of 3.7.4, the roughness of the contact surface of the potential contact shall be checked by roughness sample block or roughness test. 5 Inspection rules 5. The product must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements and fill in the quality certificate. 5.2 The received products can be inspected. If the inspection station does not meet the specifications and technical indicators marked on the mark, the manufacturer shall submit a request within three months from the receipt of the product and conduct a joint appraisal. If it still does not meet the requirements, it is unqualified. 5.3 Sampling of each batch shall be carried out as follows: For the chemical purity of tungsten 5.5 The thickness, size, contact surface and appearance quality of tungsten contacts shall be inspected according to B/2828 standard. The specific age shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. Standardization, packaging, transportation and storage 1. Tungsten contacts are packaged in plastic and then wrapped in metal or plastic trays. Tungsten contacts of the same type, specification and number shall be placed in a packaging box called a packaging box. 6.1 Each batch of tungsten contacts should be accompanied by a mark indicating: 2 company) type, mark and standard of contact; b) production batch guide: d) quality: www.bzxz.net e) date of production: printed by the manufacturing and inspection departments, JB/T 9860.1-1990 6.3 The contacts should be placed in a small box with positive current paper and reinforced during transportation: the box should be marked with words or symbols such as "do not drop" and "get wet"; 6.4 The contacts should not be dropped violently during transportation to prevent acid from spreading and rain. 6.5 Tungsten contacts should not be placed in a room with no corrosive gases such as acids and mechanical agents.
