This part of GB/T 18570 specifies the method for assessing dust on steel surfaces before coating. This method provides a graphical representation of the average number of grades and also provides a grade for assessing the average size of dust particles. The test can be carried out by either of the following methods: a) a "pass/fail" test, in which the dust number and average particle size on the test surface are assessed with reference to specified limits; b) a permanent record of the dust on the test surface by affixing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, using the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on a magnetic sheet, card or paper of a corresponding contrasting color. This method is suitable for the assessment of dust residue on steel surfaces after cleaning. Before cleaning, the steel surface should meet the rust grade A, B or C specified in ISO 8501-1. Because the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has limited elasticity and cannot penetrate deep pits on the steel surface after cleaning, it is not suitable for steel surfaces with an initial rust grade of D. Although the test operation is subjective when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pressed by the thumb, it is usually sufficient to meet the requirements, especially when the surface is required to be dust-free. In case of dispute, except for rust grades C or D, a spring-loaded roller may be used to apply pressure to the back of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. This part of GB/T 18570 specifies a method for assessing dust on steel substrates before coating. This method provides a graphical representation of the average number of grades and also provides a grade for assessing the average size of dust particles. The test may be carried out using one of the following methods: a) a "pass/fail" test, assessing the number and average particle size of dust on the test surface with reference to specified limits; b) a permanent record of dust on the test surface by affixing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the test is carried out using a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on a magnetic sheet, card or paper of a corresponding contrasting color. This method is applicable to the assessment of residual dust on steel surfaces after cleaning. The steel surface should meet the rust level A, B or C specified in ISO 8501-1 before cleaning. Because the elasticity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is limited and it is impossible to penetrate deep pits in the steel surface after cleaning, it is not applicable to steel surfaces with initial rust level D. Although the test operation of applying pressure to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with thumb pressure is subjective, it is usually sufficient to meet the requirements, especially when the surface is required to be free of dust. In case of dispute, except when rust level C or D is involved, a spring-loaded roller can be used to apply pressure to the back of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

This method provides a graphical representation of the average number grades of dust and also provides a grade for assessing the average size of dust particles. Note: This part of GH/T18571 refers to the number grades, scales and specifications of dust particles derived from ISO 46281.2C03\< The requirements for the assessment of types, specifications and sizes of dust particles are as follows: Part 3, General and General Principles, 1.2 The test shall be conducted by one of the following methods: 2) "Pass/Fail" test, with the values determined, to assess the amount and size of dust on the test surface; b) by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the test surface, durably recording the dust on the test surface, using a magnetic sheet, card or paper of a corresponding contrasting color. 1.3 This method is applicable to the assessment of dust residue on steel surfaces after cleaning. Before cleaning, the steel surface shall comply with the sawing grade A, B or C specified in ISO 8501-1. However, the elasticity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is limited and it is impossible to condense into the deep pits after the steel surface is cleaned. Therefore, it is not suitable for steel surfaces with initial cast corrosion. 1.4 Although the test operation with the thumb pressure tape is subjective, it is usually sufficient and can be used where the surface is required to be dust-free. In case of dispute, except for the corrosion grade or work involved, other methods can be used. The yellow plus is rolled to add an area on the back of the adhesive tape. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through the introduction of this part of GB/1857U. This particulate matter comes from spraying or other surface pretreatment. 1) In 1508502-:1992, the standard is 1506626-1:19822) GBTB9231983 is used for exhaust efficiency, TSO551-1:1938S) In 15850231992, this standard EC454-2::974GB/T18570.3—2005[S18502-31992]It is caused by some processing processes or environmental effects.Www.bzxZ.net 4 Principle Press the injection single adhesive tape on the steel surface before coating, remove the dust-sensitive tape, and place it on the single indicator that has the opposite effect with the gray cattle. Visually inspect and evaluate the number of gray particles on the qualified tape. 5. Instruments and materials 5. Mosquito-adhesive tape Band width 25mm, colorless, transparent. With case tube. Self-adhesive: IEC4542 heat-resistant average 18C agent separation test method to test the measured agent strength of each study for less than 100%, note, the intensity of the test is (%X) m/mn high from the surface of the material 28u\ system, 5.2 System board Use the same and different tape as the back test board. For example, glass, white sugarcane, card and paper, etc. 5.3 Elastic loading tube Elastic width A has the ability to apply 1kg~g39.2N~19.0N load 5.4 Magnifying glass The magnification factor is times. 6 Steps 6.1 Before each series of tests, fill the first 3 sections of the pressure-sensitive tape with sufficient strength. Then control the pressure to about 2(um). 6.2 Connect the adhesive surfaces at both ends of the instrument and compact the newly pulled out piece of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape about 30m long onto the test surface. 1.4, perform the test under the following conditions; a) Release one piece of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from the test surface, move the finger to keep the tape small, and compact it at a certain rate. Each time the pressure changes, the pressure is reduced. The return time is *6. Remove the pressure-sensitive tape from the test surface, compare it with the appropriate maximum pressure (2), and then quickly put it on the board to be calibrated with the loading coefficient (5, 3), and wait for its center to stand! On one end of the adhesive, adjust the table and place the lower h: egg volume between 4-5f9.2N4!. Roll the screen in each direction 3 times at a rate of 556\. Then take the pressure sensitive tape from the test surface, place it on the first indicator (5.2) of 55, and press it with your thumb to make it powder on the board. 6.3. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has been compared with the national 1. The size of the area has been compared with the standard. The amount of gray cattle tender on the floating sensitive adhesive is recorded as similar to the standard state on the diagram. If the technical horse is required to survive more, the state will use the middle academic effect. The technical film should reach any number of small and small sizes, which will cause 1 to become pornographic. Let 2, the whole show, the general will find that the adhesive tape has changed color, because of the color or product, sometimes the visible production material exists in the city, which makes the scientific voucher type market related in the month, and the Beidou test surface requires the gray safety academic to be exhausted. It will affect the production of the net material. 5.4 Refer to Table 1 to determine the dust release period of the pressure-sensitive product. Table 1 specifies: 6 size grades, marked as 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, for details, column is as low as 1. The color change of the metal is full (see 3.32). : The damage caused by the intensified dust is prohibited below 50 points. 6.5 A sufficient number of tests shall be carried out to understand the characteristics of the test surface. For each type of soiling and appearance, not less than eight independent tests shall be carried out. If the test results are distributed in a composition below the energy efficiency level, at least two more tests shall be carried out and the average value taken. 6 GK/118570.3-2CC5/1S08502-3:1992 After the test flow hardening, the lightweight surface can be assembled. All low-frequency tape or adhesion left on the test surface shall be removed. 1 Figure 1 Reference chart 1 Dust size classes corresponding to dust number classes 1, 2, 3.4 and 5 ?
