JB/T 8854.3—2001 This standard is a revision and merger of JB/T 8854.2—1999 and JB/T 854.3—1999. The main technical content changes are as follows: ——The nominal torque value and allowable speed of the coupling are increased; ——Appendix A and Appendix B are added. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and selection calculation of GⅠCL and GⅠCLZ type drum gear couplings. This standard specifies that the coupling is suitable for connecting two horizontal coaxial lines and transmission shaft systems with a certain angular displacement. When the two ends of the connected shafts are far apart, it is suitable to use GⅠCLZ type, which transmits a nominal torque of 800~3200000N·m and an operating environment temperature of -20℃~80℃. This standard was first issued in January 1989 as ZB J19 013-89 and ZB J19 014-89, and was adjusted to JB/T 8854.2-1999 and JB/T 8854.3-1999 in April 1999. This is the first revision.
