This standard is published for the first time. 1 Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Roller Printing and Coating Machine QB/T2367--1998 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of roller printing and coating machines. Table 1 15001800 Size series (2200) 3.3 Purchased parts and outsourced parts Purchased parts and outsourced parts of roller printing and coating machines must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 3.4 Welded parts, cut parts, painted parts, and assemblies 2400 (2500) Welded parts, cut parts, painted parts, and assemblies of roller printing and coating machines shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. Approved by China Light Industry Association on March 27, 1998 Implemented on December 1, 1998 3.5 Coating roller QB/T2367-1998 3.5.1 The working surface of the coating roller shall be chrome-plated, with a bright surface and clear patterns. 3.5.2 The radial runout of the outer circle of the coating roller to the common axis of the two end support journals shall not exceed 0.08mm3.5.3 The coating roller shall be statically balanced, and its residual unbalance shall not exceed 0.3mm. 3.6 Lower pressure roller 3.6.1 The radial runout of the outer circle of the lower pressure roller to the common axis of the two end support journals shall not exceed 0.08mm. 3.6.2 The lower pressure roller shall be statically balanced, and its residual unbalance shall not exceed 0.3mm. 3.6.3 The surface of the lower pressure roller of the non-conveyor belt model shall be coated with organic solvent resistant elastic material, and its Shore hardness is 35~45 degrees. 3.7 Conveyor belt 3.7.1 The conveyor belt shall be made of organic solvent resistant material, with a Shore hardness of 35~45 degrees. 3.7.2 The thickness of the conveyor belt shall be uniform within its effective working surface, and the thickness difference shall not exceed 0.2mm. 3.7.3 The conveyor belt surface shall not have defects such as scratches and cracks. 3.8 Coating system 3.8.1 The coating roller shall be able to rotate forward and reverse, and the operation shall be smooth without creeping. The speed shall be steplessly adjustable. 3.8.2 Under working conditions, the scraper shall be in full contact with the outer circle generatrix of the coating roller within the working width range, and the pressure shall be adjustable. 3.8.3 The scraper shall be able to swing along the coating roller axis during coating. 3.9 Conveyor system 3.9.1 The conveyor speed shall be steplessly adjustable, and the operation shall be smooth without creeping. 3.9.2 When the conveyor belt is running, there shall be no obvious deviation. 3.10 Working size range and accuracy 3.10.1 The gap between the coating roller and the lower pressure roller of the conveyor belt shall be steplessly adjustable within the range of 0 to 6 mm, and there shall be a numerical display. 3.10.2 The gap between the coating roller and the conveyor belt (lower pressure roller) shall not deviate more than 0.2mm within the working width. 3.11 Bearings, reducers 3.11.1 The temperature rise of each bearing and reducer during operation shall not be greater than 40C, and the temperature shall not be greater than 70℃. 3.11.2 There should be no abnormal screaming or impact sound when each bearing and reducer is in operation. 3.12 Hydraulic system The hydraulic system of the roller printing and coating machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T3766. 3.13 Electrical system The electrical system of the roller printing and coating machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 3.14 Pneumatic system The pneumatic system of the roller printing and coating machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T7932. 3.15 Noise When the roller printing and coating machine is in normal operation, the noise sound power level shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Specification mm Noise limit LwA, dB 3.16 Finishing quality 450~630 1500~2100 2200~3000 When the roller coating machine coats leather, the coating should be uniform and should not have defects such as ripples; when printing, the pattern image should be clear. 3.17 Safety The safety protection device of the roller coating machine must be sensitive and reliable. 4 Test methods 4.1 Test equipment and instruments a) Flat plate; b) V-shaped frame; c) Measuring frame with indicator (dial gauge); e) Static balance frame (machine); f) Rubber hardness tester; g) Feeler gauge; h) Sound level meter; i) Tape measure; j) Thickness gauge; k) Internal caliper. 4.2 3.2 of this standard shall be inspected with a tape measure. QB/T 2367 4.3 3.4 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 1998 4.4 3.5.1, 3.7.3, 3.8, 3.9, 3.11.2, 3.17 of this standard shall be inspected by sensory test. 4.5 3.5.2, 3.6.1 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T1958. 4.6 3.5.3, 3.6.2 of this standard shall be inspected on a static balance frame (machine) and calculated according to formula (1). Wxe Where:—Eccentricity of the center of gravity caused by residual unbalance, mm; W——Mass of the weighted part, kg; —Radius of the weighted part, mm; G—Mass of the coating roller, kg. 4.7 3.6.3, 3.7.1 of this standard shall be inspected by a rubber hardness tester. 4.8 3.7.2 of this standard shall be inspected by a thickness gauge. 4.9 3.10.1 of this standard shall be inspected by an internal caliper. 4.10 3.10.2 of this standard shall be inspected with a feeler gauge. 4.11 3.11.1 of this standard shall be inspected with a surface thermometer. 4.12 3.12 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T3766. 3.13 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.13 3.14 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T7932. 4.14 3.15 of this standard shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB7612. 3.16 of this standard shall be inspected for sensory inspection. The thickness of the coated leather shall be greater than 0.5mm, and the leather body shall be flat and trimmed. 4. 16 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Inspection Items 5.2.1 Factory Inspection Items 5.2.1.1 Factory inspection items are 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.17 of this standard. 5.2.1.2 Each product shall be run at no load for 2 hours during factory inspection. 5.2.2 Type inspection items 5.2.2.1 Type inspection items are all the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard. 5.2.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: (1) QB/T 2367 - 1998 a) After normal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; b) When production is resumed after more than one year of suspension; c) Trial production and identification of new products; d) When the product quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.3 Batch rules and sampling plan 5.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting one unit from the batch of qualified products in factory inspection. 5.3.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out on each unit of each production batch before leaving the factory. 5.4 Judgment rules and re-inspection rules When a sampled product fails to meet certain requirements, the factors that caused the failure shall be eliminated and the product shall be deemed qualified after re-inspection. 6 Labels, tags and instructions for use 6.1 Labels and signs 6.1.1 Each roller coating machine shall be equipped with a label in a conspicuous position. 6.1.2 The label content is as follows: a) Product name and model; b) Main technical parameters of the product, c) Manufacturer's name; d) Manufacturing date and factory number. 6.1.3 Packaging labels shall comply with GB191 and GB/T6388. 6.2 The drafting and presentation of the instructions for use shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 7 Packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Packaging 7.1.1 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.1.2 The outer wall of the packaging box shall be marked with: a) Product name and model; b) Manufacturer name and factory number; c) Gross weight; d) Shipping station and arrival station, issuing and receiving units. 7.1.3 The following random materials shall be included in the package: a) Product certificate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14436; b) Instruction manual; c) Packing list; d) List of accessories and wearing parts. 7.2 Transportation and storage 7.2.1 Any means of transportation can be used for transportation under the condition of preventing severe vibration, rain and inversion. 7.2.2 Products should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and inversion and stacking are not allowed. 7.2.3 If the storage period exceeds one year, the product should be unpacked for inspection, powered on for a 0.5 hour test, and then stored after anti-rust treatment.
