3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
Technical conditions for high-quality carbon structural steel

3.1.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures3.1.2 All materials of parts shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity. Otherwise, tests and assays shall be carried out and they can only be used after they are qualified. 3.1.3 Cast iron parts shall be annealed. There shall be no defects such as scarring, shrinkage, pores, sand inclusions, etc. that affect strength. The performance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9439.
3.1.4 Steel castings shall be annealed. For defects that are allowed to be repaired, they should be repaired before finishing. After welding, the internal stress of welding should be eliminated. The performance should comply with the provisions of GB/T11352
3.1.5 All dimensions without tolerances marked on the drawings should comply with the provisions of m-level in GB/T1804. 3.2 Main components
3.2.1 Rope pulley
3.2.1.1 The material should comply with the provisions of ZG270-500 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.1.2 The circular runout tolerance of the outer circle and the reference end face to the inner hole axis shall comply with the 11th level of GB/T1184. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000

3.2.1.3 The cylindrical tolerance of the inner hole shall comply with the 8th level of GB/T1184. 3.2.2 Sheave shaft
3.2.2.1 The material shall comply with the 45 steel in GB/T699. 3.2.2.2 It shall be quenched and tempered, with a hardness of 220~250HB. After rough machining, ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out according to the third level specified in JB4730. 3.2.2.3
3.2.2.4 The cylindrical tolerance of the rolling bearing installation shall comply with the 7th level of GB/T1184. 3.2.3 Frame
The weld seam should be uniform and should not have defects such as cracks and slag inclusions. 3.2. 3.2
During assembly, the coaxiality tolerance of the upper and lower pulleys and the matching holes of the rope pulley shaft should comply with the provisions of Class 11 in GB/T1184. 3.3 Assembly

3.4.1 Before painting, the product must be cleaned of burrs, rust and oil stains. 3.4.2
The painted surface should be uniform and complete, and roughness and inequality are not allowed. The non-machined surface of the rope wheel is painted red, and the non-machined surface of other parts is painted gray. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Turn the rope wheel of the product by hand, and the tolerance of its outer circle and the reference end face to the axis circle runout shall comply with the provisions of Class 12 in GB/T1184. The wheel of each product should rotate flexibly without abnormal noise. 4.2
After the product passes the inspection, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a product quality certificate. 4.3
5 Marking and packaging
5.1 Fix the product label in a conspicuous position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents shall be marked: a) Product name:

f Manufacturer name.
The packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384 and the relevant transportation requirements of railways, highways and shipping. 5.2
