For threaded sleeves used under high temperature (370-538°C), anti-seizure agent should be applied to the screw holes before installation. 5.1 5.2Special tools should be used to install threaded sleeves, and the assembly torque should comply with the requirements of Table 2. 21 5.3 How to use special tools 5.3.1 Installation tools Nominal diameter × pitch M10×1 M12×1.25 Assembly torque JB/T7604.4—94 Nominal diameter × pitch M27×2 M30×3 Assembly torque Nominal diameter × pitch M33×3||tt| |M36×3 M39×3 M42×3 M45×3 M48×3 M52×3 Assembly torque Use of the installation tool (see Figure 2): first insert the screw sleeve from the opening of the sleeve, so that the installation handle of the screw sleeve is embedded in the groove at the top of the rotating rod, turn the rotating rod clockwise, screw the screw sleeve into the guide sleeve until the installation handle of the screw sleeve is flush with the top of the guide sleeve, and then slowly screw the screw sleeve into the screw hole in line with the screw hole of the base. 5.3.2 Tool for removing the installation handle and its use Rotating rod Use of the tool for removing the installation handle (see Figure 3). Stick the sleeve to the surface of the base, insert the punch into the screw hole where the screw sleeve has been installed, and hit the tail of the punch with a hammer until the installation handle is separated from the screw sleeve. Punch 5.3.3 The installation handle should not remain in the screw hole after removal. JB/T 7604.4-94 5.3.4 How to use the disassembly tool. The function of the disassembly tool (see Figure 4) is to remove the screw sleeve that needs to be replaced from the base screw hole. When using it, insert the triangular blade part vertically into the screw hole of the screw sleeve so that the blade edge clamps the screw sleeve, and rotate the handle counterclockwise to withdraw the screw sleeve. When using the disassembly tool, the base screw hole should not be damaged. Handle Triangular blade 5.4 The position of the screw sleeve in the base screw hole is shown in Figure 5. Screw hole inspection after installing the screw sleeve Connecting rod 0.25~0.5P 6.1 Use a standard thread gauge to check the internal thread. The coarse thread should meet the accuracy of 5H in the GB197 standard, and the fine thread should meet the accuracy of 3H. 6.2 The locking ring is not included in the internal thread accuracy inspection. 6.3 Check the position of the screw sleeve in the screw hole, which should comply with the provisions of Figure 5.
