This standard specifies the cleanliness determination method of cycloidal pinwheel reducer (hereinafter referred to as reducer) and the judgment of test results. This standard is applicable to double-shaft reducers with lubricating oil lubrication for primary, secondary and tertiary transmission. 2 Reference standards

3 Measuring instruments and cleaning liquid
3.1 Instruments
Filter screen: 120 mesh/inch, 200 mesh/inch, filter paper; various sizes of nylon round brushes, flat brushes, etc., containers with lids of different sizes;
Analytical balance with a sensitivity of 1/dry;
Oven, working temperature is 105±5℃;
Dry coal box.
3.2 Cleaning liquid
It is recommended to use NY-120 solvent oil (GB1922), gasoline or acetone. 4 Measurement method
4.1 Preparation
4.1.1 The determination of cleanliness should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated room with safety measures. 4.1.2
Operators should be neatly dressed.
For the reducer to be tested, non-measurement parts should be cleaned first. 4. 1.4
All sampling tools and containers should be cleaned. Filter the cleaning liquid with a 200 mesh/inch filter or filter paper. 4.1.6 Soak the 120 mesh/inch filter in the filtered cleaning liquid for 10 minutes and then take it out. After the cleaning liquid evaporates, put it in an oven at 105±5℃ to dry. After 30 minutes, take it out and put it in a drying oven to cool to room temperature. Take it out and weigh it, and record the weight of the filter as G1. 4.2 Operation steps
4.2.1 Disassemble all detachable parts of the reducer, and use a brush and filtered cleaning liquid to repeatedly clean the inner wall, inner hole and surface of the inner cavity of the casing and all parts in the cavity one by one.
4.2.2 During the cleaning process, splashing and overflow of the cleaning liquid with impurities should be prevented, and all cleaning liquid should be collected. 4.2.3 Filter the collected cleaning liquid with a cleaned 120 mesh/inch filter. 4.2.4 Dry the filter together with the impurities in an oven at 105±5°C, take it out after 60 minutes, put it in a drying oven to cool to room temperature, take it out and weigh it, and record the weight of the filter together with the impurities as G2.5
