4 Technical requirements
JB/T5286-1991
4.1 The filter press should meet the relevant provisions of ZBJ77001. 4.2 The filter press must meet the requirements of filtering solid particles and fungi with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5μm and a concentration less than 5%. 4.3 The performance of the filter press should meet the requirements of high-sanitary product filtration within the range of 90℃, and should be able to withstand high-temperature steam sterilization at 110℃. 4.4 Purchased parts, outsourced parts and materials should have inspection certificates from the supplier. If there is no certificate of conformity, the manufacturer shall conduct an inspection and use it only after it passes the inspection.
4.4.1 Metal materials shall comply with the provisions of GB2100. 4.4.2 Rubber products shall comply with the provisions of GB4847~4848. 4.4.3 Plastic products shall comply with the provisions of GB1040~1043. 4.5 Castings shall be carefully cleaned and shall not have defects such as cracks, slag holes, scarring and looseness that reduce the quality of their appearance. 4.6 Gas shielded welding shall be used for stainless steel welding. The welds shall be smooth and flat, without cracks, voids and defects that affect the appearance. 4.6.1 The clamping plate, thrust plate, filter frame, filter plate and pipeline accessories (welds of parts in contact with the filtrate) shall be subjected to a water pressure test of 1.5 times the working pressure, and no leakage is allowed. 4.6.2 The welding shall not have a tendency to intergranular corrosion. 4.7 After the tail frame, clamping plate and thrust plate are covered with skin, a skin airtightness test is required. The test pressure is 0.1MPa and there should be no leakage. 4.8 A diaphragm pressure gauge should be installed on the thrust plate. The maximum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is: 0.3MPa for cardboard plate and frame filter press for clarification filtration; 0.15MPa for sterilization filtration; 0.6MPa for diatomaceous earth filter press. 4.9 The thickness deviation of the filter frame and filter plate is 0.2mm. 4.10
The center deviation of the arc of the filter frame and filter plate support ear is 0.5mm. The gap between the filter plate and the inner edge of the orifice plate is not more than 2.5mm. The misalignment of two adjacent plate frames is not more than 2mm, and the cumulative misalignment of 10 adjacent plate frames is not more than 3mm. The difference in the number of holes of the filter plate and the orifice plate should not be more than 2%, and there should be no burrs on the hole edge. The noise of the filter press should not be more than 80dB (A) (sound pressure level). The average trouble-free time of the filter press is 10,000 hours; the service life of the filter press is 10 years. Separation effect
The liquid should meet the requirements of sterility and food hygiene after sterilization filtration. After clarification filtration, the liquid should be clear when visually observed at a vertical distance of 300mm. Diatomaceous earth plate and frame filter press EBC turbidity <0.5.7 Product hygiene requirements
The design and manufacture of the flow-through parts of the filter press should fully consider the convenience of cleaning, and there should be no dead corners suitable for the growth of microorganisms. The parts of the filter press that contact the filtrate should be made of stainless steel, non-toxic plastic and non-toxic food rubber, and the plates, frames, pipes and valves should be polished. Pipes that contact the filtrate should use round pipe threads. 4.17.4
Rubber products should comply with the provisions of GB5009.64. Plastic products should comply with the provisions of GB5009.67. 8 Cardboard
4.18.1 The hygiene requirements of cardboard should comply with the provisions of GB3561. 3bZxz.net

4.18.3 Under working pressure, the paperboard shall not roll over due to the misalignment of the frame plate. 4.18.4 Other requirements for paperboard shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement). 4.19 Diatomaceous earth
Diatomaceous earth plate and frame filter press uses diatomaceous earth as the filter medium. Its diatomaceous earth shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 Hydraulic compression and sealing performance test method The filter press presses the cylinder piston with 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. The pressure drop value of the pressure gauge within 20 minutes is required to be less than or equal to 10% of the test pressure. There should be no external leakage of hydraulic components (only applicable to electric cylinders). 5.1.2 Water pressure sealing test method
After all parts and paperboard are installed on the filter press, the whole machine is subjected to water pressure sealing test at the maximum working pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. There should be no leakage between the pressing surfaces and the welding parts, valves and pipe fittings. 5.1.3 Air tightness test method
Press 0.1MPa compressed air into the inner cavity of the tested component, put it into the water pool for air tightness test, and all welds should be free of leakage.
Sterilization test
The filtrate filtered by the paperboard plate and frame filter press is sent to the health department for inspection, and the health inspection department provides the product sterilization inspection form. 5.1.5 Clarification test method
Put the liquid filtered by the paperboard plate and frame filter press into a container, put the No. 5 font 300mm away from the liquid surface, and look down at the font from the liquid surface. The font is required to be transparent and clear.
5.1.6 EBC turbidity detection method
The filtrate after filtration by diatomite plate and frame filter press is measured by turbidity meter. 5.1.7 Intergranular corrosion test method
The intergranular corrosion test method of welds shall comply with the provisions of GB1223. 5.2 Inspection rules
Filter presses shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product quality certificate before they can leave the factory. Filter press products are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Each filter press must undergo factory inspection, and 1 to 3 units are selected for type inspection each year. The judgment method shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 5.2.1 Factory inspection
The inspected products shall comply with the following provisions:
5.2.1.1 The sealing inspection of the hydraulic clamping device shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1. 5.2.1.2 The water pressure sealing test method shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.2. The airtightness test method and requirements shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.7 and 5.1.3. 5.2.1.3
5.2.1.4 The inspection of product parts shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12 and 4.13. 5.2.2 Type inspection
5.2.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted for the following situations:a. First prototype of new product;

b. After mass production, if there are major improvements in structure, materials and process, which affect product performance;c. Other special requirements.
5.2.2.2 In addition to factory inspection, the scope of type inspection also includes the following contents:5.2.2.2.1 Determination of separation effect
Before the determination of separation effect, the filter press shall be disinfected according to regulations. The test conditions shall be on-site measurement, and some or all of the following tests shall be conducted according to product requirements:
a. Sterilization test. Its methods and requirements shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.1.4 and 4.16.1;b. Clarification test. It shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.16.2 and 5.1.5;c. EBC turbidity test. Its methods and requirements shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.16.3 and Article 5.1.6. 5.2.2.2.2 Determination of nominal flow:
a. For the flow measurement of paperboard plate-frame filter press, tap water is used as the medium, and the filter press shall be able to meet the reference flow requirements; b. For the diatomite plate-frame filter press, the diatomite pre-coating addition test is carried out, and the pressure difference is increased to 0.4MPa, at which time the filtration flow is not less than 15% of the reference flow.
5.2.2.2.3 The weld intergranular corrosion test shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6.2 and Article 5.1.7. 5.2.2.2.4 The cleanliness of the hydraulic system shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ77001. For noise measurement, the filter press noise shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.14, and the test method shall comply with the provisions of GB10894. 5.2.2.2.5
