This specification is formulated in accordance with the requirements of China National Petroleum Corporation's Document No. 31 of Quality and Safety Construction, and is jointly formulated by the State-owned Oil and Gas Construction Company and the China Shishan Natural Gas Group Corporation Engineering and Technology Research Institute on the installation and acceptance specification SY/T4041-95 for oilfield special wet steam generators. This time, the original name was changed to "Shantou Steam Injection Boiler Manufacturing, Installation and Acceptance Technical Specifications". In the revision, the company summarized the practical experience of boiler manufacturing, installation and acceptance of our company, and widely solicited the opinions of various oilfield engineering and technical personnel on on-site construction and installation, referring to the relevant national standards, current specifications and relevant domestic and foreign information. On the basis of the original specification, some new contents were added: Chapter 2 "Models and parameters of oilfield steam injection boilers", Chapter 3 "Materials, auxiliary machines and accessories", Chapter 4 "Manufacturing", Chapter 5 "Assembly", Chapter 6 "Pressure test", Chapter 7 "Oil injection, packaging, marking, transportation", Chapter 10 "Acceptance", Appendix 4 "Ultrasonic detection method", in addition to the original specification Chapter 5 "Information" and Appendix A, this specification is divided into one and two appendices. The main contents are: general provisions, models and parameters of oilfield steam injection boilers, materials, transmission machines and accessories, manufacturing, assembly, pressure test, oil injection, packaging, marking, transportation, installation, weekly test, operation and acceptance. This specification is interpreted by China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Construction Company No. 1, and the drafting unit of this specification is China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Construction Company No. 8. 1 General
1.0.1 In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of oil field steam injection boilers, this specification is specially formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the manufacture, installation and acceptance of oil field steam injection boilers with a rated steam pressure of no more than 21MPa and a rated evaporation capacity of no more than 22.5t/h. The manufacture, installation and acceptance of oil field steam boilers can refer to the standard. 1..3 Welders who weld transformer components of oilfield steam injection furnaces shall take the examination according to the "Test Rules for Boiler Pressure Vessel Welders", obtain the qualification certificate and engage in corresponding welding work within the validity period.
1.0.4 Non-destructive testing personnel shall be assessed according to the "Qualification Examination Rules for Boiler Pressure Vessel Non-destructive Testing Personnel", obtain the qualification certificate, and can undertake corresponding technical level and type of non-destructive testing work. 1.05 The manufacturing and installation units of oilfield steam injection furnaces must have the corresponding qualification certificates. |tt||1.0.6 Safety technology, environmental protection, fire prevention, etc. shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the current relevant laws and regulations.

3 Materials, auxiliary machines and accessories
3.1 Inspection and acceptance of materials
3.1.1 The materials used for the pressure components of the turbine shall comply with the provisions of "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Steam Boilers" (issued by the Ministry of Labor in December 1996), ensure the quality of materials, and provide quality certification cards. 3.1.2 The metal materials used for pressure components include steel plates, steel pipes, plated parts, welding materials, etc. The factory shall implement the provisions of "Inspection of Boiler Original Sealing Materials at the Factory" (JB/T3375). If they are not inspected or fail the inspection, they shall not be used. 3.1.3 The metal materials used to protect the pressure components shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.3-13.1.3-4. 3.1.4 Steel pressure components and main load-bearing components and parts that require materials, welder code stamps, heat treatment, non-destructive detection markings, etc. as specified in product drawings and technical specifications shall comply with the requirements of furnace production stamps and standard buckle plant regulations (standard T4W).
3.1.5 When foreign steel is used for full furnace pressure components, the following requirements shall be met: the steel number listed in the foreign furnace steel standard, or the chemical composition, mechanical properties, welding properties and the domestic steel allowed for sawing are similar, and the steel body of the standard steel body is marked with fluorine-effect furnace steel, and it shall also be reported to the relevant departments for approval. 2. The acceptance shall be carried out according to the technical standards and technical parts specified in the contract, and the missing items shall be inspected and supplemented if necessary. The steel can be used after the completion.
3 Before the first use, the welding process shall be evaluated and the forming process test shall be carried out. It can be used only after meeting the technical requirements.
4 The performance data specified in the technical standard or technical case of the material shall be used for the calculation of the strength of the steel.
5 The materials and products not listed in the standard shall be approved by the safety supervision agency of the Ministry of Labor. 3.1.6 The steel and steel substitutes used for the pressure-bearing components of the boiler shall be steel materials with similar chemical composition and mechanical properties.
The material substitutes for the pressure-bearing components of the boiler and the transformer shall meet the requirements of product strength and structure. The technical department (including design and process department) of the material substitute unit shall be consulted.
When using steel materials that are not engraved in national standards or industry standards, the substitute unit shall put forward technical basis and approve it according to the provincial safety supervision agency: 3.1.7 When the materials of the pressure-bearing components of the boiler meet one of the following conditions, in addition to obtaining the consent of the original design unit, they shall also be filed with the municipal approval unit according to the drawings. 1. Use low-strength materials to replace high-strength materials. 2. Use thinner materials to replace thicker materials. 3. The nominal weight of the steel pipe used is different from the nominal weight of the original pipe. 3.1.8 Non-pressure metal materials for oil field steam injection boilers must have a material quality certificate and should be inspected and accepted. Materials that have not been inspected by the inspection department cannot be used for structural engineering.7 When the materials of the boiler pressure components meet one of the following conditions, in addition to obtaining the consent of the original design unit, they should also be filed with the drawing approval unit. 1. Use low-strength materials to replace high-strength materials. 2. Use thinner materials to replace thicker materials. 3.
