Planetary reducers should be tested for at least 2 running-in times at rated speed. During the test, the following items should be checked, and the requirements of Articles 4.7 and 4.9 of Chapter 4 should be met.
a Whether the fasteners are loose
b Whether there are leakage points at each seal
c Whether the gear is stable during operation, and whether there is impact and movement: d. Temperature
e. Noise.
After the test, check the gear side and gear joint spots, which should meet the requirements of Articles 4 and 6. 5.1.2 Hydraulic cylinder test
Each hydraulic cylinder assembly should be inspected one by one on the test bench, and the following items should be inspected. If one item fails, it will be judged as a defective product. 5.1.2.1 Test run
Under no-load conditions, the tested cylinder reciprocates in full stroke. During the stable operation after exhaust, there shall be no abnormal phenomena such as external leakage and creeping.
6,1,2,2 Minimum start test
Under no load, adjust the overflow valve to make the pressure rise steadily. Measure the minimum start pressure, which shall not be greater than 6% of the rated pressure. SF/Y 5552--92
5.1.2.3 Minimum stable speed test
Under rated load conditions, make the tested cylinder reciprocate in full stroke at a speed of 51I/s for no less than 2 times. There shall be no abnormal phenomena such as creeping.
5.1.2.4 Sealing test
Under rated pressure, the tested cylinder reciprocates in full stroke for no less than 20 times. Check each seal. There shall be no leakage. 5.1.2.5 Pressure test
Make the piston of the tested liquid L stop at the two ends successively, make the test pressure 1.5 times of the rated pressure, maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, check the outside of the cylinder, there should be no leakage.
5.1.2.6 Full stroke inspection
Make the piston of the tested liquid cylinder stop at the two ends successively, measure the full stroke length, which should meet the requirements of the design drawings. 5.1,3 No-load test of the whole machine
Each batch of products should be tested for no-load. 5.1,3,1 Hydraulic system sealing test
Start the oil pump, circulate for 5 minutes, adjust the circuit of each cylinder to the rated pressure, stabilize the pressure Gmin, and there is no leakage in all parts of the system. 5.1,3.2 Hydraulic leg extension and retraction test
The hydraulic leg runs at least 5 times in full stroke, without abnormal phenomena such as blocking, creeping, leakage, etc. 5.1.3.3 Rotation test of slewing mechanism
The slewing device rotates 360 degrees in both directions and can stop at any position without any abnormal phenomenon such as jamming. The test shall be repeated for no less than 2 times. 5.1.3.4 Cantilever telescopic test
The cantilever telescopic test shall be repeated for no less than 2 times. The telescopic mechanism and the pin shaft shall operate flexibly without any jamming or holding back. 5.1.4 Machine performance test
Select various ground surfaces such as loose soil, hard soil, and soil, so that the ground surface is 4, 6, 7, and 8 meters away from the center of the turntable, and conduct the test of rotating into and rotating out of the ground clamp, each for no less than 3 times.
