This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. At present, this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Machinery Industry Sandblasting Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and its Qiqing Changban Machinery Factory. The participating drafting units of this standard are Beijing Changkong Sandblasting Equipment Co., Ltd. The main drafters of the standard are Hu Wenbao, Yi Mingying, Wang Guangyu, Cheng Wenshi, and Mi Ze. The standard is applicable to spraying with compressed air as the working pressure, working pressure not less than 0.8MPa, standard material as the medium, and surface treatment as the treatment type (hereinafter referred to as spraying)

The following technical definitions apply to this standard:
Dry sandblasting machine
A blasting machine that uses compressed air as the power to spray a dry material flow onto the surface of the object to be treated to achieve the purpose of surface treatment. 3.2
Pressure-type sandblasting machine
A blasting machine in which the abrasive travels in the sand and is ejected through a nozzle under the action of air. Also known as direct sandblasting machine, 3.3

5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The design and construction of the chemical spray machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard, and shall be produced and manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 6.1.2 The electrical system monitoring of the acid spray machine shall comply with the provisions of H/T5226.1. 5.1.3 The gas or system of the spraying machine shall comply with the provisions of GHT7932 and 3! 5.1.7 The sandblasting machine shall be able to work normally under the environment temperature of -10℃~+45℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 90%. 5.1.B The sound pressure of the nozzle of the single-recovery sandblasting machine shall not exceed 85dB(A). The compressed air used by the sandblasting machine must be high and non-returnable. The sandblasting machine shall be equipped with appropriate safety protection devices, and the retractable sandblasting machine shall be equipped with a degassing gas. When using non-recyclable sandblasting machines, operators must have reliable labor protection measures. 5.1.12
When using a sandblasting machine with a handheld spray gun, the electric control switch is located at the gun position, and the control voltage must be a safe voltage. 5 1.14

5.2 Technical requirements for idle operation

5.3.1 The sandblasting machine can work normally under the condition of low working force and air consumption. 5.3.2. The material flow adjustment device should be flexible. 5.3.3. There should be no dust in the blasting chamber. 5.3.8. The dust removal device should release the powder concentration of VF150m or more in the atmosphere. 6.3.9. In accordance with the specified abrasive efficiency and the use of appropriate abrasive parts, the following provisions shall be made based on the performance of the spray. 5.4 Nozzle

6.1 Air-transmitting test
6.1.1 Air-transmitting test
6.1.2 Under the condition of air-transmitting, the noise of the sandblasting machine shall be determined according to JB/6331.2. 62 Sandblasting test

B.3 Test of nozzle hardness
6.3.1 Polish the outer surface of the nozzle quickly to make its surface roughness R value reach 2. The polishing area is larger than the reverse angle. Only the measuring head surface is visible! 6.3.2 Fix the nozzle on a rigid support and randomly select evenly distributed points on the outer surface of the nozzle to test with a hardness tester. The average hardness of the three points is the effective nozzle hardness.
6.4 Test of nozzle service life
6.4.1 Under the condition of quartz crystal with an operating pressure of 0.6MPa, the nozzle diameter to be tested is worn to 1.17 times of the original nozzle diameter. The accumulated working time is the nozzle service life. 6.4.2 Wear energy After the nozzle diameter see Figure 1. 8.5 Determination of surface cleanliness

6.6 Determination of surface roughness
6.6.1 Remove all dust and debris from the surface of the workpiece under test. J/10349—2002
6.6.2 Under scattered H light or white transparent light with equivalent illumination without reflection, use a sandblasting surface roughness comparison block with similar surface roughness to the material under test to compare with the surface roughness comparison block of the workpiece under test in four different directions: When comparing, the comparison sample should be placed on the test area of the workpiece under test, and judged by the sense of the sensed workpiece. The roughness grade marked on the sample close to the sensed workpiece surface roughness record is used as the evaluation result. 6.3 If the surface roughness requirement of the workpiece is high and the visual method is not good, it can be compared by manual inspection with a low magnification. 6.8.2 Under the specified test conditions, use a handheld spray gun to spray and clean the test piece. Start the sandblasting machine, adjust the mixing ratio with compressed air, start spraying and cleaning, and count the time at the same time until the entire test piece is cleaned to the cleaning activity S2, and calculate the cleaning efficiency using the test piece area and cleaning time. 7 Inspection and testing
7.1 Inspection classification
Sandblasting machine inspection is divided into factory inspection and type test. 7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Each sandblasting machine shall undergo factory inspection and can be shipped after passing the inspection: 7.2.2 If the relevant provisions are supplemented, the products shall be inspected at least in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.2~5.1.4, 5.2.1~5.2.4, 5.4.1: 5.5.1~5.5.3, 5.6.1-5.6.2 of this standard before they are put into production, and the inspection items shall be all reasonable. 3 Type test
7.3.1 Type test shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) Trial design and identification of new products for production. b) After formal production, if the structure, material, or process changes greatly, it may affect the product performance. d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type test, 7.3.2 When type test is required, 2 random samples of the batch of products shall be taken, but not less than 1 set. 7.3.3 Type test shall be carried out in accordance with all items of the technical requirements specified in this standard, and all inspection items shall be qualified. 7.3.4 For any item that cannot be tested and inspected temporarily due to manufacturing conditions, the user unit shall be consulted before the manufacturer jointly conducts the inspection.

7.3.5 For non-standard low-profile sandblasting machines, the test acceptance shall be carried out according to the requirements stipulated in the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. After the manufacturer and the user unit have reached a consensus, the test acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with this standard. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 The sandblasting machine shall have product nameplates and labels indicating lubrication, operation, emptying, etc. Various labels shall be correct, eye-catching and appropriately positioned. 2.12 Other spray container nameplates shall comply with the provisions of GB15U and Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels. 8.1.3 The nameplate should contain the following contents:
