5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic technical requirements
5.1.1 ZJ type reducer shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5
5.1.2 The shaft speed of the reducer shall not exceed 750r/min; the ambient temperature shall be -40 to +45℃. When the ambient temperature is below 15℃, a heating device shall be installed, and when it is above 35℃, a cooling device shall be installed. 5.1.3 The efficiency of the reducer at full load shall not be less than 0.96. 5. 1.4
The design life of the reducer shall not be less than 15 years.
The temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the reducer box shall not exceed 35℃.
