In terms of technical content, such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface quality, dimensional tolerance, etc., the indicators have been modified and supplemented: the rough machining quality classification, machining allowance classification, inspection methods, etc. have been deleted, and the actual content in JB/T53507-94 has been retained. This standard will replace JB/T53507-94 from the date of entry into force. 5.2When the industry competent department, quality supervision department or the enterprise itself conducts product quality assessment or inspection, it should conduct random inspection and inspection under the delivery state. For those with an annual production volume of less than 16 pieces, 1 to 2 pieces shall be sampled, and for those with an annual production volume of more than 16 pieces, 3 to 5 pieces shall be sampled. 6 Testing requirements
6.1When the enterprise conducts product quality assessment, the inspection work shall be the responsibility of the enterprise's quality inspection department. 6.2 When the competent departments of the industry and the quality supervision departments conduct product quality assessment or inspection, the testing unit shall be determined by the above departments. 7 Assessment method
7.1 The quality assessment of a single casting shall be carried out item by item according to the technical indicators specified in Chapter 3, and the grading conclusion of each indicator shall be made according to the grade requirements specified in this standard. Then a comprehensive assessment shall be carried out to evaluate the quality grade of the product. Among the specified technical indicators, the casting can only be evaluated as a certain grade when all indicators reach a certain grade. If one item does not reach the grade, the casting shall be evaluated as a lower grade.
7.2 When the competent departments of the industry, enterprises and the quality supervision departments conduct product quality assessment and inspection, they shall inspect and evaluate the sampled castings one by one and conduct a comprehensive assessment according to the provisions of 7.1. When assessing the stability of casting production quality, sampling inspections shall be carried out in stages and batches according to the provisions of 7.1. When two items are sampled for assessment, all of their indicators must reach a certain level before the product can be rated at that level; when three items are assessed, except for 3.2 and 3.4, which must reach a certain level, among the remaining single indicators, one product is allowed to have two indicators lower than the rated level. The product quality level should be comprehensively assessed by the superior assessment department based on the results of the random inspection and taking into account the user's assessment opinions. During the comprehensive assessment, the piece-by-piece assessment of the company's annual production should also be considered. Only when 80% of the annual production reaches the first-class level can the product be rated as a first-class product. Only when 85% of the products reach the superior level can the product be rated as a superior product. 5
