Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1994>250~400 >400~630 Implementation on May 1, 1994 Edge state Trimmed strip Untrimmed strip 20~50 The sickle bend of trimmed strip shall comply with the following provisions: GB/T15012-94 Allowable width deviation >50~150 For strips with a width of 20~50mm, the length per meter shall not exceed 3mm; for strips with a width greater than 50mm, the length per meter shall not exceed 2mm. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Grade and chemical composition >150~250 2.1.1 The grade and chemical composition (melting analysis) of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Composition, % 1.5~3.0 >250~400 >400~630 3.0~4.5 GB/T15012-94 2.1.2 When conducting chemical analysis of finished products, deviations from the provisions of Table 3 are allowed, but the maximum allowable deviation value shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in GB/T15007 "Corrosion Resistant Alloy Grades". 2.2 Delivery status 2.2.1 Strips shall be delivered in coils. 2.2.2 Strips are delivered in different degrees of cold rolling, annealing after cold rolling or solution treatment. 2.3 Mechanical properties The mechanical properties of the strips shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Yield strength values shall be measured only when required by the purchaser (specified in the contract). Table 4 Tensile strength obbZxz.net Alloy grade *Hardness values are for reference only. Yield strength 00.2 2.3.1The yield strength requirement does not apply to strips with a thickness of less than 0.50 mm. Elongation 8s Not less than 2.3.2 Strips with a thickness of less than 0.25 mm are not subject to tensile tests, but hardness data shall be provided. 2.4 Surface quality ≤95HRB 88~94HRB 93~98HRB 97HRB~25HRC 100HRB* 100HRB· 2.4.1 The surface of annealed strip should be bright or dark silver, and slight oxidation color and individual slight indentations, scratches, concave surfaces, ridges and pits are allowed, but their depth or height shall not exceed half of the strip thickness tolerance. 2.4.2 The surface of cold-rolled strip should be smooth, and individual slight scratches, indentations, concave surfaces, ridges, roller marks and pits are allowed, but their depth or height shall not exceed half of the strip thickness tolerance. 2.5 Special requirements Under the condition of technical basis, according to the requirements of the purchaser, special requirements such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface quality, etc. can be supplemented, or special inspection items such as corrosion test and metallographic structure can be supplemented, but the specific requirements and test methods should be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3 Test methods The strip test method and sampling rules should comply with the provisions of Table 5. Inspection Items Chemical Analysis 4 Inspection Rules Test Methods GB/T15012—94 Sampling Location and Requirements GB1467—78 GB228—87 GB3076—82 GB230-83 GB4340—84 General Measuring Tools 4.1 The thickness of the strip shall be measured at the following specified locations: GB222—84 GB 228--87 GB3076—82 GB230—83 GB4340—84 When the strip width is not more than 30 mm, measure at the width center of the strip. Sampling quantity One per furnace Two per batch Two per batch When the strip width is greater than 30mm to 630mm, the trimmed strip should be measured at a distance greater than 5mm from the edge; the untrimmed strip should be measured at a distance greater than 10mm from the edge. 4.2 When measuring the sickle bend of the strip, place the inspected part of the strip on a flat surface, use a one-meter-long ruler to touch the concave edge of the strip, and measure the maximum distance between the strip and the ruler. 4.3 The test results of chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface, size and shape shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard. However, if the purchaser agrees, one or all of the tensile test and hardness test can be exempted. 4.4 Other requirements for strip acceptance shall comply with the provisions of GB247-88 "General Provisions for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Steel Plates and Strips". Packaging, marking and quality certificate The packaging, soft marking and quality certificate of the strip shall comply with the provisions of GB247-88.
