This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of straight and curved edge banding machines. The straight and curved edge banding machine should comply with the requirements of this standard and be designed and manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 Processing quality
4.1.1 The surface of each roller should be smooth and the roughness R. should not exceed 0.8μm. 4.1.2 The purchased accessories and standard parts shall comply with the current standards to ensure reliable performance. 4.2 The electrical system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226. 4.3 Appearance quality
4.3.1 The exposed processing surface shall not have defects such as rust, bruises, burrs, etc. 4.3.2 The assembly and joint surfaces of parts shall be neat and there shall be no obvious misalignment. 4.3.3 The quality of paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 4.4 Machine tool accuracy
4.4.1 Before the machine tool inspection, the straight and curved edge banding machine shall be in a natural leveling state. 4.4.2 During the inspection, if it cannot be measured within the specified range, it shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.2.1 of JB/T4171. 4.4.3 When other inspection methods are used, their accuracy shall not be lower than the accuracy of the inspection method in Article 4.4.4. 4.4.4 Geometric accuracy

6.2 The edge banding machine shall be inspected at the factory in accordance with Article 4.4 and may only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 6.3 Type inspection

The transportation shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and the relevant transportation department documents. 7.4 Storage
