This standard applies to straight and curved edge banding machines (hereinafter referred to as machine tools). 2 Reference standards GB/T191 Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs GB/T5226 General technical conditions for machine tool electrical equipment JB/T8 Product label JB/T1471 Technical conditions for export machine tool packaging JB/T4171 General rules for precision inspection of woodworking machine tools QB/T842 General technical conditions for light industrial machinery scales ZBJ65015 Method for measuring noise (pressure) level of woodworking machine tools ZBY96006 Method for compiling furniture machine models 3 Product classification The machine model should comply with the provisions of ZBY96006. 4 Technical requirements The straight and curved edge banding machine should comply with the requirements of this standard and be designed and manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 Processing quality 4.1.1 The surface of each roller should be smooth and the roughness R. should not exceed 0.8μm. 4.1.2 The purchased accessories and standard parts shall comply with the current standards to ensure reliable performance. 4.2 The electrical system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226. 4.3 Appearance quality 4.3.1 The exposed processing surface shall not have defects such as rust, bruises, burrs, etc. 4.3.2 The assembly and joint surfaces of parts shall be neat and there shall be no obvious misalignment. 4.3.3 The quality of paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 4.4 Machine tool accuracy 4.4.1 Before the machine tool inspection, the straight and curved edge banding machine shall be in a natural leveling state. 4.4.2 During the inspection, if it cannot be measured within the specified range, it shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.2.1 of JB/T4171. 4.4.3 When other inspection methods are used, their accuracy shall not be lower than the accuracy of the inspection method in Article 4.4.4. 4.4.4 Geometric accuracy The geometric accuracy shall comply with the provisions of the following table. The edge banding quality inspection is generally carried out at the manufacturer and at the user's factory when necessary. 6 Inspection rules The machine tool shall be inspected and qualified by the factory inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 6.1 6.2 The edge banding machine shall be inspected at the factory in accordance with Article 4.4 and may only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 6.3 Type inspection The type inspection items are all the technical requirements of this standard. If it still fails to meet the requirements after double inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking Fix the sign at the appropriate position of the machine tool. The type, size and technical requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 7.2 Packaging The packaging of machine tools shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and GB/T191, and the export of machine tools shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1471. 7.3 Transportation The transportation shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and the relevant transportation department documents. 7.4 Storage The products shall be stored in a rainproof and ventilated warehouse.
