1 Scope
Pollution-free food Jasmine for cellar tea

This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation requirements of jasmine for cellar tea. This standard applies to fresh jasmine flowers for cellar scented tea. 2 Normative references

Fresh jasmine flowers used for cellaring jasmine tea. 4 Requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Fresh jasmine flowers are ripe, plump, white, fragrant and free of deterioration. 4.1.2 They shall not contain non-jasmine inclusions. 4.2 Health indicators

5.1 Sampling
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T8302.
5.2 Testing of hygienic indicators
Perform according to GB/T5009.12.

6.1 Batch rules
Products should be in batches, and the quality specifications of the same batch of products should be consistent. 6.2 Delivery inspection
Each batch of products should be inspected according to the provisions of 4.1 when it is delivered. 6.3 Type (routine) inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted on product quality when any of the following situations occurs: the difference between the results of the two sampling inspections is large; a)
the production environment has changed greatly due to human or natural factors; b)
the national quality supervision agency or competent department has put forward type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 During type inspection, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with all the requirements specified in Chapter 4. Index/(tng/kg)
6.4 Judgment rulesbZxz.net
6.4.1 Products whose inspection results all meet the technical requirements specified in this standard shall be judged as qualified. 6.4.2 Products that are deteriorated, contaminated, have strange smells or have one of the hygiene indicators that do not meet the technical requirements shall be judged as unqualified.
6.4.3 During type inspection, if one of the inspections does not meet the technical requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.5 Re-test
When there is a dispute over the test results, the retained samples should be re-tested, or double sampling should be conducted in the same batch of products according to GB/T8302, and the unqualified items should be re-tested, and the re-test results should be used as the basis for inference. 2
7 Marking, packaging, transportation
7.1 Marking
The specific marking method and content of the packaging of jasmine flowers for luxury tea shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging materials and utensils should be clean and odorless, and should not affect the quality of jasmine flowers for cellar tea. 7.3 Transportation

The means of transportation must be clean, odorless and pollution-free; it should be protected from rain and exposure during transportation: it should be placed and unloaded gently during loading and unloading, and it is strictly forbidden to mix and transport with toxic, odorous and easily contaminated items.
