Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Alloy powder for plasma arc cladding of valve sealing surface 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T 7744-95 This standard specifies the classification, brand representation method, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of alloy powder for plasma arc cladding of valve sealing surface. This standard is applicable to alloy powder for plasma arc cladding of valve sealing surface of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. 2 Reference standards GB1479 Determination of bulk density of metal powders Part 1: Funnel method GB/T1482 Determination of fluidity of metal powders Standard Funnel method (Hall flowmeter) JB3168 Technical conditions for alloy powders for spray welding JB3169 Determination of hardness and particle size of alloy powders for spray welding JB3170 Chemical composition analysis method for alloy powders for spray welding 3 Classification and brand designation method 3.1 Alloy powders are divided into nickel-based, cobalt-based, iron-based and copper-based alloy powders according to the chemical composition of the matrix, as shown in Table 1. 3.2 The alloy powder brand consists of three parts, and its compilation method is as follows: PT XX XX Indicates the serial number of alloy powder materials Indicates the alloy type and alloy powder properties Indicates alloy powder for plasma arc surfacing 3.2.1 The first part uses the capital letter PT of the English word to indicate alloy powder for plasma arc surfacing. 3.2.2 The second part uses two Arabic numerals to indicate the alloy type. The first Arabic numeral indicates the major category, 1 for nickel-based, 2 for cobalt-based, 3 for iron-based, and 4 for copper-based; the second Arabic numeral indicates the minor category, 1 for self-fluxing alloy powder. 3.2.3 The third part uses two Arabic numerals (0199) to indicate the serial number of the alloy powder material. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 20, 1995 and implemented on January 1, 1996 JB/T 7744--95 1 002--088 [01-50/5'1~5081~8\] 5~51s2~911 ~0~80~0 9°0~09\~0'z'~805\~5252~0 0'6~02 0°6~02||tt| |02~0's [0 '~0'10'2~'1wwW.bzxz.Net 10~018~z j0\°0'10\s\0 ~gus 0201020 [02'0~0101018d 00829~9 10*0992 10~0'6 0'[~9'0 101zd 4 Technical requirements JB/T 7744--95 4.1 The chemical composition of the alloy powder and the hardness of the cladding layer shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. 4.2 The particle size range of the alloy powder is 75~250um. The allowable content of alloy powder outside the sampling time interval: ≤5% below 74um; ≤2% from 250 to 290um. 4.3 The bulk density and fluidity of alloy powder are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Bulk density and fluidity of alloy powder Alloy powder type Nickel-based alloy powder Cobalt-based alloy powder Iron-based alloy powder Copper-based alloy powder 5 Test method Bulk density·g/cm The chemical composition test of alloy powder shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB3170 5.1 5.2 The particle size of alloy powder and the hardness test of cladding layer shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB3169. 5.3 The bulk density of alloy powder shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB1479. 5.4 The fluidity of alloy powder shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1482. 6 Inspection rules Flowability, s/50g 6.1 Before the alloy powder leaves the factory, check the chemical composition, particle size, bulk density and weld hardness of the alloy powder. The results should meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by the factory batch number and quality assurance certificate. 6.2 Take one sample from each of the three packages of each batch, and all qualified after testing are qualified. If one sample is unqualified, double sampling should be carried out, and all qualified are qualified; if one of the samples is unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of powders shall comply with the provisions of JB3168.
