QB/T 2229-—1996
This industry standard is formulated in accordance with the requirements of the "Light General Quality (199438 Document)" of the China Light Industry Association. With the improvement of people's material life, the demand for student compasses is increasing, and more and more manufacturers are producing student compasses. This standard is formulated to adapt to this situation. The model order and some test methods of this standard refer to GB/T5016-1985 "Drawing Instruments". This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Sports and Cultural Products Standardization Center. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Pufa Drawing Instrument Factory, and the participating drafting units are Beijing Drawing Instrument Factory, Wuxi Drawing Instrument Factory and Yueqing Drawing Instrument Factory.
The main drafter of this standard is Liu Wei.

Two-purpose compass
Student-level compass
XG223 indicates student-level gear structure iron two-purpose compass. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Ink line width
The whole stroke drawing line width of the three-purpose compass is 0.25mm~0.70mm. 4.2 Head tightness
4.2.1 For copper, iron, and stainless steel compasses, the head torque value is 0.1Nm~~0.35N·m, 4.2.2 For iron, zinc alloy, plastic, etc. compasses, the head torque value is 0.07Nm~0.25N·m. 4.2.3 The spring coil of the spring compass shall not be deformed or cracked after opening and closing more than 200 times, and the adjustment rod and nut shall not have slipping teeth after opening and closing more than 200 times. The opening and closing range is the maximum or minimum range that the distance between the needle tips of the two feet of the compass can reach. 4.3 Clamping firmness
4.3.1 Needle clamp
After tightening the needle clamp screw or nut, the needle cannot retract under the action of 7N force, and the screw or nut can be loosened and the needle can be pulled out easily. 4.3.2 Lead core clamping
After tightening the lead pipe nut, the lead core shall not be retracted under the action of 5N force. After loosening the nut, the lead core can be pulled out easily. 4.4 Alignment
When the two legs of the compass are closed, the deviation of the two needles of copper, iron and stainless steel compasses shall not exceed 0.6mm, and the deviation of the two needles of plastic compasses, zinc alloy compasses, aluminum alloy compasses and iron sheet compasses shall not exceed 1.2mm. 4.5 Corrosion resistance of coating
The corrosion resistance of the coating of the compass body (head, two legs) made of iron, zinc alloy and other materials: the corrosion resistance level of the neutral salt spray test for 4h is not less than level 4, and the specific requirements of the iron sheet compass shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 4.6 Surface quality
The visible surface should have no obvious damage and processing marks, no bubbles, and no bottom exposure. The surface of the plastic compass should be smooth and free of obvious scratches, spots and bubbles.
5 Test method
5.1 Ink line width inspection: Use the ink pen foot to draw the thinnest and thickest ink lines on the tracing paper, each with a length of 3050mm, and use a tool microscope and standard lines for comparison and inspection.
5.2 Head inspection
5.2.1 Head tightness inspection: Put one foot of the test piece on the special torque device, then pull the corresponding part of the other foot apart, and observe the value on the torque device, see Figure 1.

5.2.2 Install the spring compass on the durability tester, and open and close the two feet of the spring compass within the required range at a speed of 5~10 times/min to the specified number of times. The nut should not slip, and the spring coil should not be broken, see Pavilion 2. Guide positioning block
Spring short opening and closing guide wheel
5.3 Clamping firmness test
5.3.1 Clamping needle firmness: Tighten the clamping needle nail or nut by hand, so that when the needle tip is subjected to a pressure of 7N on the special dynamometer, the needle should not retract. Loosen the nut and the needle can be pulled out by hand, see Figure 3. Use pressure direction
5.3.2 Clamping lead firmness: Tighten the lead tube nut by hand, so that when the lead core is subjected to a pressure of 5N on the special dynamometer, the lead core should not retract. Loosen the nut and the lead core can be pulled out by hand, see Figure.
