Tensile testing machine, which shall comply with the provisions of GB13022; constant temperature drying oven, with air blowing device.
5.9.2 Test steps
Take three samples, and use appropriate amount of adhesive to stick the coating to the same leather coating together, and then place the bonded samples in a constant temperature drying oven at 135±5°C, dry for 10 minutes, and then take out the samples and cool them to room temperature. 364
GB/T8949-1995
After 2h, peel the sample after bonding by hand, separate the coating and base fabric of the sample to 50mm, and then clamp the separated ends on the fixture of the tensile testing machine and stretch at a speed of 200mm/min. Observe the peeling of the sample and record the maximum load of the sample peeling.
5.9.3 Test results
The arithmetic mean of each group of samples, accurate to 1N; a.
b, the sample coating is completely broken, and the maximum reading indicated by the pointer is the peeling load of the sample; .
The coating and base fabric of the sample cannot be peeled off by hand, and the peeling load of the sample is qualified. If a group of samples cannot be peeled off, the test result is qualified.
5.10 Surface color fastness
Carry out according to the relevant provisions of GB/T8948.
5.11 Anti-adhesion
5.11.1 Apparatus
Constant temperature drying oven with air blowing device.
5.11.2 Test steps
Take six samples, and match the coatings together in three groups. The three groups of samples are clamped between two glass sheets of 60mmX60mm×3mm, and a 1kg weight is pressed on the clamps. They are placed in a drying oven at a temperature of 80±2℃. After keeping the temperature constant for 3h, take out the samples, place them at room temperature for 30min, and then open the matched samples by hand. 5.11.3 Test results
The test results are determined in the following way. Level 5: Can be peeled off lightly.
Level 4: Peeled off with a little force.
Level 3: Peeled off with a certain amount of force, and the surface is not damaged. Level 2: Peeled off under gravity, and incomplete peeling occurs. Level 1: Cannot be peeled off.
Take the lowest value of the three groups of samples as the test result. 5.12 Folding fastness
Perform according to the relevant provisions of GB/T8948.
5.13 Cold resistance
Perform according to the relevant provisions of GB/T8948. The test temperature is shown in Table 7. Table 7

6 Inspection rules
6.1. Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection
First-class products
The factory inspection items are all items in the technical requirements except the folding fastness of categories A and B. 6.1.2 Type inspection
Under normal circumstances, the inspection is carried out once every 6 months. If one of the following situations occurs, a type inspection should be carried out. a. When the process formula changes;
b., when resuming production after a long-term shutdown;
Qualified products
GB/T8949--1995
When the superior quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Batching and sampling
6.2.1.1 Batching
PU leather should be inspected by batch. PU leather with the same formula, same specification, same pattern and same color is a batch, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 2 square meters.
6.2.1.2 Sampling
The inspection of specifications and appearance adopts the general inspection level I, secondary sampling plan and AQL of 6.5 specified in GB2828 (see Table 8). For physical and mechanical properties, one roll is randomly selected from each batch for inspection. Table 8
Batch range

6.2.2 Judgment rules
6.2.2.1 Judgment of qualified items
Sample size
Cumulative sample size
Number of qualified judgments
Number of unqualified judgments
The judgment of the sample units of specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard respectively. If the inspection results of the sample units meet the requirements of Table 8, the specifications and appearance are judged to be qualified.
If there are unqualified items in the physical and mechanical properties inspection results, double sampling shall be taken from the original batch and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the physical and mechanical properties are judged to be qualified. 6.2.2.2 Determination of qualified batches
If all items are qualified, the batch of PU leather is qualified. If any one item is unqualified, the batch of PU leather is unqualified. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Sampling
Randomly select one roll from the PU leather that has passed the factory inspection for appearance and specification inspection, and select 1m for physical and mechanical properties inspection. 6.3.2 Determination rules
Appearance and specifications shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard respectively. If unqualified, 3 rolls of the original PU leather shall be randomly selected for re-inspection. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the appearance and specifications shall be judged to be qualified. GB/T8949-1995
If any item is unqualified in the physical and mechanical properties inspection, double sampling shall be re-taken from the original batch, and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the physical and mechanical properties shall be judged to be qualified. If the appearance, specifications, and physical and mechanical properties are all qualified, the type inspection is considered qualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
7.1 Marking
Each roll of product should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and have the following markings: a.
Manufacturer name and address;
Product name;
Registered trademark;
Product specification;
Quality grade;
Production date and production batch number;
Implementation standard number;
Inspector code.
7.2 Packaging
The product is rolled into a neat round roll with the core with the coating facing inward. Both ends of each section in the roll are stamped with inspection stamps. Each roll of product is generally packed with film or packaging paper.
7.3 Transportation
When transporting products, they cannot be heavily pressed. They should be loaded and unloaded gently. They should not be exposed to the sun or rain, and the packaging should be kept intact. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The product should be stored indoors with good ventilation and dryness, and should not be near heat sources. 7.4.2 Under the above conditions, the performance of the product should meet the requirements of this standard within a storage period of no more than one year from the date of production.
