Types and basic parameters of heating furnaces in the oil industry This standard specifies the type, parameter series, model spectrum and product model compilation method of heating furnaces. This standard is applicable to heating furnaces fueled by crude oil and natural gas in oil and gas field long-distance pipelines. 2 Types
2.1 According to the basic structure, it is divided into two categories, namely, fire-type heating furnaces and tubular heating furnaces. 2.1.1 Fire-tube heating furnaces are divided into:
a. Fire-type direct heating furnace:
b, fire-type indirect heating furnace.
2.1.2 Tubular heating furnaces are divided into:
a. Wen-type cylindrical tube heating furnace;
b, horizontal cylindrical tube heating furnace:
c, horizontal isotropic tube heating furnace.
.2 According to the type of heated medium, it is divided into:
a, crude oil heating furnace;
b, well product heating furnace,
c, production water heating furnace
d, natural gas heating furnace.
2.3 According to the type of fuel, it is divided into:
a. Gas heating furnace,
b, oil heating furnace:
c. Oil and gas heating furnace.

3.2.1 The nominal pressure level of the fire-type heating furnace shell is divided into: <0.1, 0.25, 0.40, 0.60MPa.
3.2.2 The design pressure level series of the mine pipe coil is 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, (10.0), 16.0, 20.0, 25.0, 32.0, MFa. 5 Model compilation method of heating protection products
5.1 Model composition
The model of the heating furnace product consists of three parts. Each part is connected by a short horizontal line. AA

5.1.1 The first part of the model indicates the basic structure type and rated heat load of the heating furnace, which is divided into two sections. The first section uses Chinese phonetic letters to represent the basic structure type of the heating furnace, see Table 2, and the first section uses Arabic numerals to indicate the rated heat load of the heating furnace in watts. The two sections are written continuously and connected to each other.
5.1.2 The second part of the model is divided into two sections, which are separated by a slash. The first section uses Chinese phonetic letters to represent the type of heating medium, see Table 3, and the second section uses Arabic numerals to indicate the design pressure of the coil or furnace tube in MPa. The second section of the fire-type high-pressure heating furnace is not indicated. 5.1.3 The third part of the generation number consists of two sections: the first section uses the Chinese pinyin Ningmu to represent the type of fuel, see Table 4, and the second section uses Arabic numerals to indicate the design order, and the first design is not indicated. The two are not written in succession, and they are connected. 5.2 Examples
5.2.1HZ630-YQ heating buffer combined equipment indicates that the rated heat load is 630kW, the heating medium is crude oil, the fuel is natural gas, and the first design of the fire tube type direct heating buffer combined equipment.
5.2.2 HJB3--H/1.6-Q heating furnace
Indicates that the rated heat load is 63kW, the heating medium is well products, the design pressure of the coil is 1.6MPa, the fuel is natural gas, and the first 2

6.2.3GL4000-Y/2.5—YQ2 heating furnace indicates that the rated heat load is 4000kW, the heating medium is crude oil, the design pressure of the furnace tube is 2.5MPa, and the fuel is oil and gas. The second design of the vertical tubular heating furnace. 5.2.4G2500--S/2.5-Q Heating Furnace
