Door closer
Published on March 19, 2005
National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China Implemented on September 1, 2005
This standard is a revision of QB3893-1999 door closer. This standard QT3893-1999 adds efficiency indexes to classify lamps:
adds opening slowness and closing time performance
adds the index of the influence of temperature change on closing time; QB/T2698-2005
adds the frequency of use of products, defines the corresponding life indexes, and requires the development of products to meet the requirements of manufacturers. It makes clear provisions on the efficiency and specifies the test equipment and methods in detail. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both normative appendices. This standard is based on the China Light Industry Association, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Hardware Standardization Center. The originating units of the standard are: Shanghai Yili Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kaidi Shibao Hardware Co., Ltd. (formerly Wenzhou Jibao Hardware Co., Ltd.), Lefeng Hardware Co., Ltd., Wenmen Ruixie Hardware Co., Ltd., and the Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Home Light Industry Building Hardware. The drafters of this standard are: Cha Feng, Kang Maolan, Ying Cuhe, Yu Gongfang, Xi Yaode, Zhang Zhunfeng. This standard was published as a national standard in 1988, and was converted into a light industry standard in April 1999. This standard is the second time.
From the implementation of this standard, the original three national light industry standards issued in January 1999 will be used as the light industry standard. QB/T 269B--2005
With the further opening of the domestic hardware market, people's requirements for building quality are increasing. Many international famous brands of door closers are coming in succession. The quality of products of many domestic manufacturers has also been greatly improved, and they have been exported. For this reason, the original door closer industry standard has been outdated and cannot adapt to this change. Therefore, according to the current status and development trend of product quality, this standard has revised the original light industry standard QB/3893-1999 "door closers", and made reference to the light industry standard JSA1510.32001 (Tests for metal accessories of doors for buildings Part 3, floor hinges, door closers and door closers", and made major revisions and supplements to the technical requirements and test methods in the original standard, so as to be more conducive to the standardization, development and competition of products. Door closer
QB/T2698-2005
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods and requirements of door closers. Methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to various door closers installed on the upper part of the swing door, opening in one direction, with an operating temperature of -15℃·-407, and composed of a combination of metal sintering and pressure relief.

After the test, the following tests shall be carried out: 5.3.2 Performance measurement and determination: It shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2: 5.3.3 Closing time: Fully closed speed regulating valve, the door leaf opens 70", and the door is completely closed under the action of the door closer. Use a stopwatch to measure the time from 70\ to fully closed: Then fully open the speed regulating valve, the door leaf opens 70\, and the door is completely closed under the action of the door closer. Use a stopwatch to measure the time from 0\ to fully closed. Its value shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.3. 5.3.4 Opening torque, closing torque and efficiency 5.3.4.1 Opening torque
Full speed, when the door leaf is in the closed position, the dynamometer is used to check the vertical direction of the door leaf, and the door is opened at about 0-5”. The maximum opening force is measured and recorded when the door leaf opens at an angle of 0-5”. The measurement is repeated once, and the arithmetic average is taken as the force, and then the opening force is converted into the opening force (N·m) × the vertical height of the door opening point (). The opening speed of the door leaf is based on the dynamometer scale that can be read, and the result shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.4. 5.3.4.2 Closing torque
Fully open the door leaf, and the dynamometer is vertical to the door leaf plane. When the door leaf is opened to the position of 20 ± 2°, the door leaf is closed. The maximum closing force when the door leaf is opened at an angle of 5-0° is measured and recorded. The measurement is repeated three times, and the arithmetic average is taken as the closing force. The closing torque (Nm) is then converted to the closing force (N) × the distance from the closing force point of the dynamometer to the door center (m). The closing speed of the door leaf is based on the readable dynamometer scale, and the result should comply with the provisions of 4.1.4. 5.3.4.3 Efficiency
The efficiency value is expressed in terms of tt, and is calculated using formula (1) and should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Closing torque x100

Fully open the door quickly, fully close the door quickly. At the geometric center of the door, apply a weight of 60N/m, so that it opens at a speed of 30 (*)/s. After 65", the change in the opening speed is measured and the result is in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.7. 5.3.8 Delayed closing performance
Fully closed time valve, "Start closing at a 90* door opening angle, and at the end of the extended area, the closing time at room temperature of 20℃ is not less than 109. Measure three times in a row, take the arithmetic average as the minimum resistance, and then convert it into the maximum rotational resistance torque (N·m) = rotational resistance (》) x the multiplication of the vertical distance (m) of the door chain at the point of action of the closing force of the dynamometer. The results meet the requirements of Table 10.
