Introduction to standards:

JB/T 9761-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J92 002-88 "Technical Conditions for Crankshaft Thrust Washers for Internal Combustion Engines". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the main technology remained unchanged. This standard specifies the terminology, code and structural type, technical requirements, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of crankshaft thrust washers for internal combustion engines. This standard is applicable to crankshaft thrust washers for tractors, automobiles, engineering machinery, ships and fixed reciprocating piston internal combustion engines with a cylinder diameter less than or equal to 200mm. All thrust washers made of bimetallic materials within the above range (except for special design requirements) must comply with the provisions of this standard. This standard was first issued in 1988. a) Manufacturer name, factory logo and address;
b) Product name and serial number;
c) Total quantity;
d) Packing date (year, month)
6.1.3 Packing box outer packaging date:
a) Manufacturer name and address;
b) Product name and model;
c) Total quantity;
d) Charging unit and address;
e) "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof", "Medicine card" and other signs; f) Date of shipment (year, month).
6.1 Packaging
6.2.1 Each stop gasket should be cleaned and treated with corrosion protection before packaging. , after packaging, they are packed into the packaging box. 6.2.2 Each packaging tray shall be accompanied by a product certificate signed by the inspector of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.3 The selected packaging box must be packed into a dry packaging box. The total mass of each packaging box shall not exceed 50 kg*: and it is guaranteed that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The packed thrust washers shall be stored in a ventilated warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the thrust washers will not rust for 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.

2HB5/25/180 indicates that the cloth should also be hardened by a ball head with a claw diameter of 5mml, under a test load of 245.17N, and the test time is 160s, 5.4.2 Test of adhesion strength between alloy layer and steel back JB/T9761-1999
Mainly by listening, when tapping the steel back of the thrust washer, the sound should be silent, and no subsound. Instruments or destructive tests can also be used. The method of destructive testing is as follows:
Bend the thrust washer 90° toward the steel back, allow the alloy layer to have wrinkles, but do not allow the alloy to be completely separated from the steel back, 5. 4.3 Flatness test
The thrust washer must be placed between two parallel plates at a distance of, relying on its own quality. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
