This standard is the second revision of GB 9106 "Packaging containers-Aluminum easy openend and two-piece can". During the revision, the applicable content in GB9106·1994 was retained, and the following modifications were made according to actual conditions: 209. Type specifications were eliminated in the standard.
Type 206 retains the original 355mL specification and adds four new specifications in Table 1: 250mL, 275mL, 330ml and 600ml. :
The steel tank is added to the body part.
Due to the addition of the steel tank, the physical properties of the steel pulp in Table 3 are increased accordingly. The axial bearing pressure in Table 3 is changed from the original 1.25kV to 1.00kN. -—The dry film mass of the sealing glue in Table 5 is changed from the original 35mg~60mg to 25mg~50mg. A new coating quality inspection item is added to Table 7, and the AQL value of the easy-open lid sealing is changed from the original 0.65 to 2.5. Table 8 is added to the secondary sampling plan for positive belt inspection. Article 7.5 "90 days if the user does not raise an objection, it is deemed to be accepted" is changed to "30 days if the user does not raise an objection, it is deemed to be accepted" Chapter 11 The storage period is changed from 6 months to 9 months. 4 Classification of aluminum two-piece cans with easy-open lids
4.1 Aluminum two-piece cans with easy-open lids are classified into 206/211×310 (250mL), 206/211×314 (275mL), 206/211×408 (330mL), 206/211×413 (355mL), and 206/211×610 (500mL) according to specifications. 4.2 Can bodies are divided into steel cans and aluminum cans according to materials. 4.3 Aluminum easy-open lids are divided into pull-ring type and sheet-retaining type easy-open lids, see Figure 1. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic requirements

6 Test methods
6.1 Appearance inspection
Use visual inspection under natural light
6.2 Dimension inspection
Defect content
Damage, obvious oil stain or pollution on the inside of the cover, no sealing glue applied, peeling or shedding of the coating, serious wrinkles on the hook edge, no pull ring (piece)
Sealing glue adhesion, partial missing coating with a diameter greater than 2mm, obvious hook edge deformation, scratches and abrasions on the inner and outer coatings but no exposed metal, slight wrinkles and deformation of the hook edge, uneven overlapping of sealing glue
Inspect at a distance of 60cm with normal vision.
Measure with a special or general measuring instrument, the minimum reading value of the measuring instrument (instrument) shall not exceed 0.01mm. 6.3 Integrity test of internal coating film in tank
Use an internal coating film integrity tester with a minimum reading value of no more than 0.4mA, add electrolyte into the tank, the liquid level is 3mm from the tank mouth, and read the current value in the 4th second.
The electrolyte for aluminum cans is 1% sodium chloride aqueous solution, and the electrolyte for steel cans is 2% sodium sulfate aqueous solution. 6.4 Tank body pressure resistance test
Use a tank bottom pressure resistance tester with a minimum reading value of no more than 1kPa, and read the maximum reading value of the tank bottom deformation. 6.5 Axial bearing pressure test of tank body
Use an axial bearing pressure tester for tank body with a minimum reading value of no more than 10N, and read the maximum reading value of the tank body deformation. 6.6 Breaking force and full opening force test of easy-open end
6.6.1 Use a breaking force/full opening force tester with a minimum reading value not greater than 1N, and the full stroke time of the instrument is 155. 6.6.2 Pull ring type breaking force and full opening force test Place the easy-open end on the measuring bracket, and fix the bracket at a backward tilt of 30 (i.e. 60° to the horizontal), and read the readings at the moment the cover is opened and when the pull ring tongue is completely torn off the cover body. 6.6.3 Breaking force and full opening force test of the retaining piece type Place the easy-open end on a horizontally placed bracket, and the bracket is 60° to the tension chain, and read the readings at the moment the cover is opened and when the tongue is fully opened according to the pre-marked line
6.7 Compression strength test of easy-open end

Use an easy-open end compression strength tester with a minimum reading value not greater than 1kPa, and read the reading when the cover is deformed. 6.8 Integrity test of inner coating of easy-open end
Use an inner coating integrity tester with a minimum reading value of no more than 0.1mA to test the inner coating of the cover and read the current value at the 4th second. Use 1% sodium chloride aqueous solution as electrolyte
6.9 Pasteurization test of inner and outer coating
Use a constant temperature water bath to put the sample in distilled water at a temperature of (68±2)°C. After 30 minutes of constant temperature, take it out and check whether the inner and outer coating has discoloration, bubbling, shedding, etc.
6.10 Sealing test of easy-open end
When conducting the test in 6.7, keep the test pressure at 610kPa and observe whether the sample has air leakage. 6.11 Quality of dry film of sealing glue
Use a precision balance with a sensitivity of 0.1mg, remove the pull ring of the easy-open lid, weigh it as M, then remove the sealing glue with a solvent, weigh it after drying as Mz, and the quality of dry film of sealing glue is the difference between M and M. 6.12 Opening reliability test
Open the easy-open lid by hand or with simple tools, and observe whether the pull ring (sheet) falls off and is fully opened. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Product quality shall be inspected according to the indicators and methods specified in this standard, and sampling inspection shall be carried out according to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan in Article 48.3 of GB/T2828
7.2 Quality inspection of the manufacturer
The door shall inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. 7.3 Inspection of aluminum easy-open lid two-piece cans is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.3.1 Factory inspection
Articles 4.4, 5.2.3 and 5.3.3 of this standard are factory inspection items. 7.3.2 Type inspection
7.3.2.1Article 44 and Chapter 5 (except Article 5.13) of this standard are type inspection items. Aluminum two-piece cans with easy-open lids shall be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to factory production; b) When the structure and material technology are changed, which may affect the product performance; c) Normal production, inspection every six months; d) When resuming production after long-term suspension;
e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.3.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by sampling inspection in accordance with the provisions listed in Tables 7 and 8. 7.4 The user has the right to conduct inspection according to the provisions listed in Table 7 and Table 8 or the order contract. If the number of unqualified products exceeds the specified number, the product can be rejected. However, the defective products are allowed to be removed and submitted for acceptance again. The strictness remains unchanged: if they are still unqualified, the batch of products is deemed unqualified.
7.5 After the product arrives at the user, the user should immediately organize manpower to conduct a sample test on the batch of products according to the requirements of 7.3.1 to determine whether to accept it. If the user does not raise any objection within 30 days, it will be deemed to be accepted. 8 Marking
8.1 The body and the easy-to-join cover should have the manufacturer's mark. 8.2 The pallet packaging or packaging box of the product should be accompanied by a certificate of inspection. The certificate should indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, specifications, manufacturing date, batch number, quantity and inspection mark.
9 Packaging
9.1 The packaging material should be clean and dry, and no odor or dirt is allowed. 9.2 Can packaging

9.2.1 The can should be packaged on a pallet. The size of the pallet is determined according to the requirements of the user and transportation. The number of cans per layer and the number of layers shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. The layers shall be separated by neutral cardboard, tied with packing tape after the top plate is installed, and then wrapped with plastic film. 9.2.2 The pre-board and pallet shall be made of wood or other suitable materials. 9.3 Easy-open lid packaging
9.3.1 Easy-open covers are packed in neutral packaging paper bags or equivalent materials. It is not allowed to seal bags with staples or nails. 9.3.2 After the easy-open covers are packed in bags, they are packed in packaging boxes or pallets. Other reliable methods of packaging are also available. 10 Transportation
10.1 The means of transport should be clean and dry. No odor or pollution is allowed. When transported in containers or other methods, rain, exposure, moisture, pollution and damage should be avoided. 10.2 Other requirements for transportation shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. 11 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and sterilized warehouse. There should be no dirt, damage or direct sunlight. The storage period of the product by the user should not exceed 9 months.
