3 Product classification
3.1 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper can be divided into two categories according to shape: roll and flat sheet. 3.2 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper can be divided into three categories according to the type of adhesive: water-based, solvent-based and hot-melt. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance: Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper products should be flat, without wrinkles, stains, damage, powder loss and other defects that affect use. The adhesive layer should be uniform without bubbles, stripes, and glue overflow. The roll product should be rolled firmly without obvious curling and gaps, and the end surface should be flat. 4.2 The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper is the thickness of the substrate and the adhesive layer after removing the isolation paper. The value is agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. The thickness limit deviation is ±0.02mm
4.3 The limit deviation of the width of the roll pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper is ±1.0mm, and the limit deviation of the length is every 200m ±2m. 4.4 The number of joints of the roll pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper shall not exceed 1 per 200m, and the joint spacing, angle and total thickness shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Total thickness of joint material, mm
4.5 The dimensional deviation and skewness of flat sheets of pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The dimensional specifications of flat sheets of pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper are expressed as "width × length", and the specific value (i.e. the nominal size in Table 2) is determined by the contract between the supply and demand parties. 4.7 Printing suitability: For printing pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper, the printing result shall be consistent with the sample specified in the contract. 5 Test method
5.1 Appearance: Observe with the naked eye at a distance of 20cm~50cm from the sample under natural light. 5.2 Dimensional specifications and joint inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 5.2.1 Thickness measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T7125. 5.2.2 The dimensional limit deviation and skewness test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T451.1. Index
No warping
5.2.3 The total thickness of the joint material shall be measured by the method specified in GB/T7125 using a measuring tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.01mm, and the average thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper near the joint shall be measured at the same time. The difference between the two is the total thickness of the joint material. The joint angle shall be measured by a protractor in a conventional manner, the joint interval shall be measured by a tape measure, and the number of joints shall be measured by visual inspection. 5.3 The 180° peel strength test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2792. 5.4 The adhesion test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4851. The test temperature shall be 23℃±2℃, the relative humidity shall be 65%±5%, and the displacement of the sample shall be measured for 1h using a 5005g hanging hammer. 5.5 The aging test shall be carried out in the following steps.
5.5.1 Take several glass plates of 160mm×260mm×2mm and stack the samples neatly with the glass plates spaced one by one. The number of samples shall not exceed 10.
5.5.2 For samples of 150mm×250mm, apply a load of 19.6N on the glass plate; for samples smaller than the above specifications, apply a load according to their actual area so that the pressure is about 500Pa. 5.5.3 Keep the temperature at 65℃±2℃ and the relative humidity at 80%±5% for 24 hours, then take out the sample and place it indoors for more than 4 hours.
5.5.4 Determine the 180° peel strength or stickiness of the aged sample according to GB/T2792 or GB/T4851. 5.6 The initial stickiness of water-based and solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper shall be carried out according to the provisions of Method A in GB/T4852. The initial adhesion of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive label paper shall be carried out according to the provisions of method B in GB/T4852.
5.7 The 180° peel strength with release paper is the force required for the unit width of the adhesive layer to separate from the release paper by 180°. Stick the release paper evenly on the adhesive layer, stick the double-sided adhesive tape on the hard board, peel off the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape, stick the substrate surface of the sample to the double-sided adhesive tape according to GB/T2792, and measure the 180° peel strength between the release paper and the adhesive layer of the sample. 5.8 Warping Prepare the sample according to the method specified in GB/T2792. Place it at a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±5% for 24 hours, and then check whether the sample is warped from the test board. Three samples are measured for each sample, and no sample is allowed to warp. 5.9 Printing suitability test Printing shall be carried out according to the provisions of both parties to the contract, and the printing results shall be consistent with the samples specified in the contract. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
HG/T2406—2002
Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before they can leave the factory. Inspections are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 There are six factory inspection items: - Appearance, thickness, dimensional limit deviation, deflection, and joint requirements. - 180° peel strength (before aging).
- Stickiness (before aging).
- Initial adhesion.
- 180° peel strength with release paper.
Warping.
6.2.2 Sampling rules for factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T450. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in the standard. 6.3.2 Type inspection is required in any of the following cases: - When process changes may affect product performance. - When changes in major raw materials may affect product performance. - Under normal production conditions, inspection is required every three months or when the technical quality department requires it. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.4 Judgment rules
When all indicators meet the corresponding provisions in the technical requirements, the batch of products is qualified. If one performance does not meet the corresponding provisions, it is allowed to double the sampling for re-inspection of the item. If it still does not meet the corresponding provisions, the batch of products is unqualified. 6.5 Arbitration
The user has the right to accept the product quality according to this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections, the quality supervision agency recognized by both parties shall arbitrate. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The two sides of the product outer packaging box should be marked with "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" as specified in GB/T191. The variety, specification, production date and manufacturer's mark should be printed or affixed on the obvious part of the box side. 7.2 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper uses plastic film or plastic-coated paper as inner packaging, and generally uses corrugated paper boxes as outer packaging, with product certificates attached in the boxes. The cartons are tied with plastic packaging tapes. Special packaging forms and packing requirements can be specified in the supply contract. 7.3 When transporting pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper, it should be protected from sunlight and rain, and prevent extrusion. It should not be thrown or moved during loading and unloading. 7.4 Pressure-sensitive adhesive label paper should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of 10℃ to 40℃, a relative humidity of less than 80%, and no volatile solvents. Storage should be protected from sunlight and moisture, and the stacking height should not exceed 2.5m. The product is valid for 1 year from the date of production. Products that have exceeded the validity period can still be used after passing the inspection.
