3.3.5 Ground-mouth conical flasks and iodine value flasks should have standard interchangeable stoppers. Standard frosted joints should comply with the provisions of QB1504, and non-standard male interchangeable frosted joints are allowed.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Material
Ground-mouth flasks should be made of borosilicate glass with appropriate chemical and thermal stability, preferably 3.3 borosilicate glass. 4.1.1 Linear expansion coefficient and water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance should comply with the requirements of Table 5. 42

Note: When the buyer needs the heat shock resistance value of the flask with special specifications and wall thickness, the test can be carried out according to GB/T6579. 4.1.2 Color
The glass used to make the ground flask should be colorless and transparent, and the light yellow-green color of the glass itself is allowed; brown transparent glass can also be used for conical flasks and iodine value flasks.
4.2 Internal stress
The optical path difference value of birefringence should not exceed 180nm/cm. 4.3 Structure
4.3.1 Frosted interface
The standard frosted interface of the ground flask should meet the requirements of QB.1504. Flasks are allowed to use non-standard frosted interfaces, and non-standard frosted interfaces should be numbered on the mouth and plug.
4.3.2 Bottle bottom
The transition radius between the bottom and wall of ground-mouth conical flasks and iodine value flasks is 15% to 20% of the maximum outer diameter of the bottle body. The flask should not be rotated or shaken when placed on a platform.
4.4 Appearance requirements
4.4.1 Bubbles
Thin-skinned bubbles and broken bubbles are not allowed to exist. The number of bubbles with a diameter less than 0.5mm that can be visually observed shall not exceed 3 within an area of ​​10mm×10mm. At the same time, it should not exceed the requirements of Table 6.

Use visual inspection, and the measuring tools shall be 0.02mm vernier caliper and 10x reading magnifying glass. Thin-skinned bubbles can be tested by piercing them with a pin. Those that are pierced are thin-skinned bubbles. 6 Inspection rules

Type inspection
The items of type inspection are all items of 3.3.1 to 3.3.4 and technical requirements. The test method of Chapter 15 shall be used for testing and shall meet the requirements.

When the material of the flask is difficult to identify, the material should be indicated; there should be a place on the bottle body that is suitable for marking with a pencil. Packing box marking
Outer packaging should comply with the relevant provisions of GB191; this standard number,
product name, specification quantity, net weight, gross weight, volume, manufacturer name, registered trademark, production date; factory address, telephone, telegram.
7.2 Inner packaging
7.2.1 The inner packaging is a carton with labels (product name, specification, quantity) on both ends. The packaging quantity should be a multiple of ten, and fillers such as paper scraps and foam plastics should not be used.
7.2.2 The total length, width and height of the outer packaging carton should not exceed 1.5m (it should be rectangular). The outer edge of the package should be sealed, and the packaging tape should be tied in a well shape. The packaging should comply with the transportation regulations.
7.3 Transportation
This product can be transported by any means of transportation. It should not be thrown during loading and unloading, and rain and snow protection measures should be taken during transportation. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored indoors after packaging. The stacking height should not exceed ten layers. It is strictly forbidden to contact with strong acid, strong alkali and fluoride. 46
