4 Test methods
JB/T50198—2000
After assembly, the test of "abnormal noise during operation" should be carried out at the nominal speed. The test of fan static pressure and static pressure efficiency shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of JB/T6723.4-1999. The test of fan noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of JB/T6723.4-1999. 4.4 The test of cold performance of the generator, overspeed test, vibration test, temperature rise test, voltage withstand test, high temperature test, temperature change test and protection level test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 to 6.8 of JB/T6723.4-1999 respectively. When the speed specified in the fan generator drawing deviates from Table 1 in JB/T6723.3-1999, the cold working performance is allowed to be inspected according to the speed specified in the drawing.

5.1.4 Inspection batch
Sampling plan for cooling fan
N=91~150
N=91~150
The inspection batch N is specified to be 91150. When the inspection batch is less than the lower limit of the specified value, the sampling plan shall still be in accordance with Table 6 and Table 7; When
the inspection batch is greater than the upper limit of the specified value, the product shall be divided into several batches according to the upper limit of the specified value, and one of the batches shall be randomly selected for sampling inspection. 5.1.5 Sampling plan type
Use the normal inspection one-time sampling plan.
5.1.6 Sample size code and sampling plan
JB/T50198—2000
According to GB/T2828, the sample size code and sampling plan for fan generators and cooling fans are respectively specified and listed in Table 6 and Table 7. 5.2 Implementation of the sampling plan
The samples shall be drawn from the finished product warehouse of the manufacturer (if necessary, they can also be drawn from the supporting factory or supplier). Sampling must be carried out suddenly and randomly. The number of samples drawn is 6 units.
5.3 Evaluation of product quality grade
5.3.1 Inspection of samples
For fan generators and cooling fan samples, the inspection shall be carried out according to the test items, quality indicators, unqualified classification, sampling plan and test methods specified in Table 1, Table 5, Table 6 and Table 7 respectively, and Chapter 4. 5.3.2 After the samples are inspected according to the specified number, if the number of unqualified products in a certain category in the samples is less than or equal to Ac, the category is judged as qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. The inspection conclusions shall be made according to the sampling plan of each type of unqualified products, and the qualified or unqualified shall be determined. When all categories are judged as qualified, the whole batch of products can be finally judged as qualified. When any category is judged as unqualified, the whole batch of products will be finally judged as unqualified. 5.3.3 Assessment of quality grade
5.3.3.1 After the samples are inspected according to the specified number, when the number of each type of unqualified products in the samples is less than or equal to Ac of the superior product, the inspected product is assessed as a superior product: when the number of each type of unqualified products in the samples is less than or equal to Ac of the first-class product, the inspected product is assessed as a first-class product; when the number of each type of unqualified products in the samples is less than or equal to Ac of the qualified product, the inspected product is assessed as a qualified product. When the number of unqualified products in one category in the sample is greater than Ac of the qualified product, the inspected product is assessed as an unqualified product. 5.3.3.2 If a product is assessed as an unqualified product, it is allowed to be re-inspected once after half a year. If the re-inspection is qualified, it can still be assessed as a qualified product, but it cannot be assessed as a first-class product or a superior product.
