This standard applies to cutting edge guards for agricultural machinery cutting. Forged IV-type blade guards shall be made of 15, 20 or 45 steel as specified in GB699. The edge hardness of blade guards made of 15 and 20 steel is 58~62HRC, and the edge hardness of blade guards made of 45 steel is not less than 54HRC. Ductile iron and materials with mechanical properties not less than the specified materials are also allowed to be used. The edge hardness of blade guards made of ductile iron shall not be less than 5CHRC. The knife holder of V-type blade guards shall be made of cold-rolled steel plates as specified in GB/T710. 4.3 The surface of the blade guard shall be smooth, without burrs, flash and cracks. 4.4 The blade guard with riveted fixed blade shall be firmly riveted, and the rivet head shall be flush with the surface of the fixed blade. 4.5 The two planes of the fixed blade shall be located on the same plane, and the position accuracy of the two planes shall be 0.3mm. 4.6 For Type I, I, IIII and V blade guards, the plane in contact with the blade guard beam shall be machined to ensure that the relative position of the plane and the plane on which the fixed blade is installed is 0.3mm in inclination or parallelism. The plane in contact with the blade guard beam of Type IV blade guard shall be machined to ensure that it is parallel to the blade edge plane formed by forging, machining and heat treatment of the blade guard, with a parallelism of 0.3mm. 4.7 Blade guards shall be treated with rust prevention. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection 5.1.1 Inspection items and indicators shall be determined in accordance with the technical requirements, product drawings or order contracts specified in this standard. 5.1.2 Batch-produced blade guards shall be inspected and qualified, and accompanied by product certificates. 5.1.3 Blade guards shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall be subjected to appearance inspection, and sampling inspection of dimensions, materials and mechanical properties shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GBT2828. The specific inspection plan shall be carried out in accordance with the secondary normal inspection sampling plan specified in GB2828, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 4.0. 5.2 Final inspection The blade guard shall be subject to final inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the order contract. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 The manufacturer's trademark and model shall be forged, cast or punched on the blade guard. 6.2 When the blade guard is shipped separately, the weight of each package shall not exceed 50kg6.3 The outside of the package shall be marked with: a) Blade guard name, model and quantity; b) Weight; c) Manufacturer name; d) Product standard number: e) Factory number and factory date; f) Storage and transportation mark. 6.4 The manufacturer's quality inspection certificate shall be attached to the package. 6.5 Measures should be taken to prevent loss or damage due to bumps during transportation, loading and unloading. 6.6 Measures should be taken to prevent rust and damage during storage.
