Seller's drawings and data requirements
HG/T20701.13-2000
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the content, depth and requirements of the drawings and data provided by our company (institute) to the seller, and is applicable to the equipment for which the manufacturer undertakes the construction drawing design and manufacturing work in the engineering equipment procurement activities. 2 General
2.1 General requirements
2.1.1 Providing equipment drawings and data to the buyer and/or the buyer's representative is an important part of the seller's performance of the equipment procurement contract obligations. The seller shall provide them according to the type of equipment and the stage of contract execution. The specific content (type) and quantity of drawings and data required shall be specified in the annex to the order contract. 2.1.2 The seller shall provide the drawings and data required by the buyer on time to ensure that our company (institute) can carry out the design work smoothly. To achieve the above purpose, the specific date for providing drawings and data will be specified in the annex to the order contract. 2.1.3 The equipment drawings and materials provided by the seller are divided into: blueprint or photocopy (code P), second base drawing (code R) or floppy disk (code S). The specific requirements will be put forward in the inquiry technical requirements (i.e. purchase order or technical specification) and clarified before the equipment order contract is signed.
2.1.4 The drawings and materials provided by the seller shall be sent to the buyer according to the address, department and recipient specified in the equipment order contract. When sending the above materials, a data sending sheet listing the drawing number, name, edition, number of copies, etc. of the materials to be sent shall be attached.
2.1.5 If there is any contradiction between the requirements listed in this standard and the order contract, technical specification, general technical regulations of equipment or equipment schematic, the company (institute) shall be asked to clarify. If these requirements cannot be met, the seller must state it in its quotation. 131
Drawing Classification
The drawings and data provided by the seller are divided into four groups. 2.2.1
This group of drawings and data is urgently needed by our company (institute) to carry out design work, and it is also necessary to review whether they meet the order requirements.
This group of drawings and data is divided into four categories:
(1) Appearance drawings or layout drawings;
(2) Basic load diagrams;
(3) Flow charts or wiring diagrams;
(4) Supplementary design data sheets.
This group of drawings and data is required by our company (institute) for review to check whether they fully meet the technical requirements of the equipment.
This set of drawings and data is divided into five categories:
(1) Equipment details;
(2) Installation and assembly drawings:
(3) Calculation sheets;
(4) Welding procedure specifications:
(5) Expected performance curves and data.
This set of drawings and data includes shipping drawings, spare parts information and recommendations, etc. This set of drawings and data is divided into five categories:
(1) Equipment shipping drawings;
(2) Commissioning spare parts list;
(3) Two-year spare parts list;
(4) Manufacturing and inspection plan;
(5) Special tool list.
This set of drawings and data is for archiving and reference and provided to equipment users. This group of drawings and data is divided into five categories:
(1) Manufacturer's data report;
(2) Performance test report;
(3) Installation and maintenance instructions;
(4) On-site assembly and installation drawings;
(5) Steel plant test certificate.
2.2.2 Drawings and data of Group 1 and Group 2 will be provided in three stages (or two stages) according to design requirements. For key equipment, they are required to be provided in three stages, namely: 1 Preliminary drawings;
2 Advance confirmation drawings (ACF);
3 Final confirmation drawings (CF).
For ordinary equipment, generally only two stages are required, namely: preliminary confirmation drawings (ACF stage) and final confirmation drawings (CF stage.
2.2.3 Preliminary drawings and data can be provided together with the quotation (see Chapter 3). 2.2.4 Preliminary confirmation drawings and data, as described in detail in Chapters 4 and 5. The "preliminary confirmation" (ACF) drawings and data are made after the order contract is signed and before the "final confirmation" drawings and data are further completed. The drawings should be clearly marked with "preliminary confirmation drawings" (ACF), Class 1.1. and other words. The manufacturer should proofread and review these drawings and data in detail and must submit them on the date agreed in the contract. The review opinions of our company (institute) will be marked on the drawings and then returned to the seller.
2.2.5 Final confirmation drawings and Data (i.e. the drawings and data described in detail in Chapters 4 and 5). These drawings and data are approved and modified by the manufacturer based on the preliminary confirmation (ACF) drawings and data, according to the opinions marked on the ACF drawings returned by our company to the seller. The words "Final Confirmation Drawing" (CF), Class 1.1..., etc. should be clearly marked on the drawings, and must be submitted within the date agreed upon in the order contract. 2.2.6 If several groups of information require the same drawings, for example, Group 2, Group 3, and Group 4 all require surface drawings, they must be provided separately according to the date agreed upon for each group of information. 2.2.7 If the manufacturer is willing to simultaneously represent several types of data on a certain type of drawing, such drawings are also acceptable, for example, the appearance drawing (Class 1.1) simultaneously represents the foundation load diagram (Class 1.2), equipment detail drawing (Class 2. Category 1) installation drawings and assembly drawings (category 2.2). In this case, the number of copies provided shall be equal to the sum of the requirements of each category and shall be provided on the earliest date specified in the order contract. The category number used shall also be indicated on the drawing. In the above example, the category numbers marked on the drawing are category 1.1, category 1.2, category 2.1, and category 2.2. 2.3 Modifications
2.3.1 The seller's "final confirmation (CF) drawings and materials shall not be modified after the final review by our company (institute). If modification is necessary, it must be approved in writing by our company (institute)." 2.3.2 Any modification of drawings or data, whether pre-confirmed or finally confirmed, must be clearly indicated and listed in the modification column on the drawing or data sheet. And a modification mark shall be noted at the modification location. 133
Drawing Mark
Each drawing and data sheet must have the following information for identification: 2.4.1 Drawing number and edition of the seller:

However, the seller shall carry out and continue its work without waiting for consent or review comments. 2.5.2 Except for the need for our company (institute) to make comments, the drawings provided by the seller are usually not returned. 2.5.3 Such review and comments on the Seller's drawings and data and any defects found during the review shall not generally change the terms of the contract unless the other party agrees in writing, nor shall the Seller be relieved of its responsibility and obligation for the correctness and completeness of such data and information.
2.5.4 The Seller shall proofread from beginning to end and be responsible for the correctness of its drawings and data. Unqualified or incomplete drawings shall not be accepted.
2.6.1 After the Seller's preliminary confirmation drawings are provided for the first review, our company will return an original or copy of the manufacturer's drawings with the "review stamp". The manufacturer must study the issues raised, indicate them in the manufacturing drawings after approval, and submit the drawings for review again or provide them as final confirmation drawings. 2.6.2 If our company (institute) requires the Seller to provide the preliminary confirmation drawings again for further review, the Seller must resubmit the revised drawings within ten days after receiving the drawings with our company's (institute's) comments. 2.6.3 If our company (institute) has no objection to the seller's preliminary confirmation drawings, the manufacturer shall provide the drawings as the final confirmation drawings according to the number of copies specified in the contract.
