Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Safety Requirements for Industrial Dehydrators 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the safety requirements, test methods and markings for industrial dehydrators (hereinafter referred to as dehydrators). This standard applies to centrifugal dehydrators for various cotton, linen, chemical fiber, wool and other fabrics and blankets. JB7833-1995 This standard does not apply to semi-automatic and fully automatic industrial washing machines with dehydration functions. It does not apply to industrial dehydrators with other mechanisms such as microwaves or vacuum. 2 Reference standards GB755-87 Basic technical conditions for rotating electrical machines GB4706.1-92 General safety requirements for household and similar electrical appliances 3 Safety requirements 3.1 Marking Each industrial dehydrator shall have a durable nameplate and shall clearly indicate: 3.1.1 Product name: Product model; Dehydration capacity, kg; Rated voltage, V; Rated frequency, Hz; Rated input power, kW: Drum speed; Manufacturer name; Manufacture date: Year, month, day; Serial number. Each dehydrator shall have a durable drum rotation direction mark in a conspicuous place. Each dehydrator should have a durable trademark in a conspicuous place. Each dehydrator must be equipped with a grounding terminal in a conspicuous place on the surface of the casing, and have a conspicuous and durable grounding symbol Ji. Starting performance When the motor rotor and dehydration drum of the dehydrator are in the most unfavorable position, 0.85 times the rated voltage is applied, and the dehydrator should be able to start smoothly. 3.3 Braking performance The braking structure of the dehydrator should be flexible and reliable, and its braking time should not exceed the time specified in Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 24, 1995 Implementation on July 1, 1996 Rated dehydration capacity G Manual braking time Grounding performance 10≤G≤30bzxz.net JB7833-1995 30 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
