Some standard content:

GB/T5324-1997
This standard is revised on the basis of GB/T5324-89. This standard is formulated with reference to the 1989 Uster Statistical Bulletin in terms of technical content and requirements. The technical standard level of superior products is equivalent to the international advanced level, and the first-class products are close to the international general level. Compared with GB/T5324-89, this standard has the following changes: 1. The scope of application of the standard is expanded, and it is applicable to the quality identification of combed polyester-cotton blended natural yarn with a polyester blending ratio of 50% or more. 2. The technical requirements part expands the nominal tex specification series and adds the blackboard yarn uniformity standard sample number. 3. The technical requirements part modifies the quality index of single yarn and plied yarn uniformity coefficient CV (%); single yarn and plied yarn single strength coefficient CV (%) quality index; superior product single yarn 100,000 meters yarn defect quality index; quality index single yarn uniformity inspection rules, quality index single yarn breaking strength and 100 meters weight deviation rating regulations. 4. The test method part adds the inspection rules for the yarn package weight. 5. The correction coefficient of the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) with polyester content below 60% to 50% refers to ZB/TW04006.1-89. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB/T5324-89. This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Shanghai Textile Standards and Metrology Institute. 3.1 The linear density of combed polyester-cotton blended natural yarn is expressed in weight (g) of 1000m yarn at the standard regain, which is called tex.
3.2 The raw material code for combed polyester-cotton blended natural yarn is T for polyester and C for cotton. The writing method of blending ratio is stipulated as: polyester content/cotton content. For example: 65% polyester and 35% cotton should be written as 65/35. 3.3 The official moisture regain of combed polyester-cotton blended grey yarn is calculated based on the dry weight blending ratio, with the official moisture regain of polyester being 0.4% and the official moisture regain of cotton being 8.5%. The calculation is accurate to two decimal places and rounded up to one decimal place. The calculation formula is as follows: W = W+× Pr+We× Pe

4.6 The single yarn breaking strength index in the technical requirements is based on the standard of medium-strength and medium-stretch ordinary cotton-type polyester staple fiber, and its average breaking strength is not less than 4.41 cN/dtex (5gf/dtex). If it is lower than this standard, another agreement shall be made. 4.7 Grading Provisions
4.7.1 The yarn provisions are based on the production volume of three shifts of the same variety in one day and night as a batch, and the test is carried out according to the prescribed test cycle and various test methods, and the yarn quality is evaluated according to the results. 4.7.2 The yarn is rated as excellent, first class, and second class. The yarn below the second class index is the third class. 4.7.3 The single yarn of superior quality shall be evaluated by the lowest one of the five items: single yarn strength variation coefficient CV (%), weight variation coefficient CV (%), yarn evenness, blackboard cotton nep number, and yarn defects per 100,000 meters. Single yarn of first and second quality shall be evaluated by the lowest one of the four items: single yarn strength variation coefficient CV (%), weight variation coefficient CV (%), yarn evenness, and blackboard cotton nep number. 4.7.4 The superior quality ply yarn shall be evaluated by the lowest one of the four items: single strength coefficient of variation CV (%), 100-meter weight coefficient of variation CV (%), yarn uniformity coefficient of variation CV (%), and blackboard cotton nep number. The first and second quality ply yarns shall be evaluated by the lowest one of the three items: single strength coefficient of variation CV (%), 100-meter weight coefficient of variation CV (%), and blackboard cotton nep number. 4.7.5 When the breaking strength or 100-meter weight deviation of a single yarn (thread) exceeds the allowable range, it shall be downgraded by one grade on the basis of the original evaluation of the two indicators: single yarn (thread) strength coefficient of variation CV (%) and 100-meter weight coefficient of variation CV (%). If both items are out of range, it shall be downgraded only once. It shall be downgraded to the second grade.
4.7.6 The manufacturer may choose either the blackboard yarn uniformity or the yarn uniformity coefficient of variation CV (%) for testing the yarn uniformity. However, once determined, it shall not be changed arbitrarily. In case of quality disputes, the yarn uniformity coefficient of variation CV (%) shall prevail. 4.8 The monthly cumulative yarn weight deviation shall be weighted averaged according to the output. For varieties produced in more than 15 batches in a month, the deviation shall be controlled within ±0.5%.
5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions: Each test shall be carried out under the standard conditions specified in each method. If the factory cannot meet the standard temperature and humidity conditions, it can be carried out under the temperature and humidity conditions close to the workshop, but the temperature and humidity at the test site must be kept stable. 5.2 Test cycle: Generally, the test is carried out once a day or two, and the test shall prevail as the basis for the determination of the batch of yarn. The production volume during holidays can be combined with adjacent batches, but the cycle shall not be changed arbitrarily once it is determined. 5.3 Sample: The inspection of the blackboard uniformity, blackboard cotton nep number, and 100,000-meter yarn defects of the yarn all adopts bobbin yarn (direct weft yarn uses bobbin yarn), and the tests of other indicators all adopt bobbin yarn. When the user has objections to the product quality, the finished product quality inspection shall prevail. The coefficient of variation of weight per 100 meters (CV (%)), the number of samples and the number of tests for weight deviation per 100 meters shall be in accordance with 5.3.1 of GB/T398. 5.4 The test method for the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) and the coefficient of variation of single strength (CV (%)) shall be in accordance with GB/T3916. 5.4.1 If the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) is not tested under standard atmospheric conditions, its test strength shall be corrected in accordance with ZB/TW04006.1.
5.4.2 The sample for the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) can be the same as the sample for the allowable deviation of weight per 100 meters. Each sample of single yarn shall not be less than 30 tubes, and each tube shall be tested twice (for 5 or less machines, each sample shall not be less than 15 tubes, and each tube shall be tested 4 times); each sample of plied yarn shall not be less than 15 tubes, and each tube shall be tested twice, with a total of not less than 30 times. The number of samples taken by the fully automatic yarn strength tester is 20 tubes for each yarn, 5 times per tube, and a total of 100 times. The test report should indicate the type of strength tester used. 5.4.3 The moisture regain of single yarn (thread) breaking strength can use the same moisture regain data of the 100-meter weight allowable deviation test to calculate the corrected strength. However, if the two tests are not tested under the same conditions, the single strength moisture regain should be tested separately, and the weight of each sample should not be less than 50g. 5.5 The test method for the coefficient of variation CV (%) of 100-meter weight and the allowable deviation of 100-meter weight shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T4743. Among them, the coefficient of variation CV (%) of 100-meter weight adopts optional program 1, and the line density adopts optional program 3. The calculation formula of 100-meter weight deviation is as follows (4): D=\=m ×100
Where: D—100-meter weight deviation, %,
m——actual dry weight of the sample, g;
md-—designed dry weight of the sample, g.
(4)
5.6 The test method for the uniformity of the blackboard yarn and the test method for the number of blackboard cotton neps shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A (Supplement) of GB/T398. 5.7 The test method for the coefficient of variation CV (%) of yarn uniformity shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3292. 5.8 The test method for the defect of yarn per 100,000 meters (A: +B, + C3 + Dz) shall be carried out in accordance with FZ/T01050. 5.9 Yarn package weight
5.9.1 When determining the weight of the yarn at the standard moisture regain, a moisture regain test shall be carried out, and then the weight at the standard moisture regain shall be calculated. The instrument for testing the moisture regain is an electric oven for tube yarn and hank yarn, and an electric oven or a simple hygrometer for skein yarn. 5.9.2 For sampling of tube yarn or spun yarn, for each batch of 2t or less, one sample shall be taken for every 0.2t, but not less than six. For the batch of more than 2t, one sample shall be taken for every 0.5t of the part exceeding 2t. The sampling shall be random and uniform, and attention shall be paid to the representativeness of the production shift. When the oven test method is used for tube yarn or spun yarn (spun yarn shall be sampled at one-third of the thickness of the edge yarn layer), the indirect weighing method or the direct weighing method may be used.
5.9.2.1 Indirect weighing method: weigh the tube yarn or spun yarn before sampling, then shake the sample, and weigh the tube yarn or spun yarn again after sampling. The difference between the two weighings is the weight of the sample before drying. Then put the sample into the oven for drying, weigh it, and then calculate the moisture regain. 5.9.2.2 Direct weighing method: first remove the outer layer of the yarn to about one-third of the thickness, cut the inner yarn with a knife, peel it off and weigh it, and use it as the weight of the sample before baking. Then put it in the oven, dry and weigh it, and then calculate the moisture regain. 5.9.3 Sampling of skein yarn, for each batch of 2t or less, the total sampling weight shall not be less than 75g, and the total sampling weight of more than 2t shall not be less than 150g.
5.9.4 The moisture regain of the oven test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4743. When the yarn is tested by the moisture meter, it shall be carried out according to the yarn moisture meter test method. After obtaining the yarn sample, the test shall be carried out immediately to avoid changes in the moisture regain. The moisture regain test results shall be checked by the oven test method at least once a month, and the correction factor shall be checked based on the checked data.
5.9.5 During the packaging process, if the moisture regain changes due to the rise and fall of temperature and humidity, the moisture regain test can be carried out in stages according to the temperature and humidity conditions. According to the test moisture regains at different stages, the dry weight of the package at different stages shall be calculated respectively, and no confusion shall be allowed. 5.9.6 According to the actual moisture regain, the weight of the yarn at the official moisture regain shall be calculated according to formula (5). xtw
Mk - MX
Where: Mk—the weight of the yarn at the official moisture regain, kg, M—the actual weight of the batch of yarn when sampling, kg, W—the official moisture regain,
R—the actual moisture regain of the batch of yarn samples. 5.10 Expression of test results

The production volume during holidays can be combined with adjacent batches, but once the cycle is determined, it shall not be changed arbitrarily. 5.3 Test specimen: The inspection of the blackboard uniformity, the number of blackboard cotton neps, and the 100,000-meter yarn defects of the yarn all adopts the bobbin yarn (direct weft yarn uses bobbin yarn), and the tests of other indicators all adopt bobbin yarn. When the user has objections to the product quality, the finished product quality inspection shall prevail. The coefficient of variation of weight per hundred meters CV (%), the sampling number of weight deviation per hundred meters and the number of tests shall be implemented in accordance with 5.3.1 of GB/T398. 5.4 The test method of single yarn (thread) breaking strength and single strength coefficient of variation CV (%) shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T3916. 5.4.1 If the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) is not tested under standard atmospheric conditions, its test strength shall be corrected in accordance with ZB/TW04006.1.
5.4.2 The sample for the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) can be the same sample as the permissible deviation of the weight per 100 meters. Each sample of single yarn shall not be less than 30 tubes 77
GB/T 5324-1997
, and each tube shall be tested twice (for 5 or less machines, each sample shall not be less than 15 tubes, and each tube shall be tested 4 times); each sample of plied yarn shall not be less than 15 tubes, and each tube shall be tested twice, with a total of not less than 30 times. The number of samples taken by the fully automatic yarn strength tester is 20 tubes for each yarn, 5 times for each tube, and a total of 100 times. The test report shall indicate the type of strength tester used. 5.4.3 The moisture regain of the breaking strength of single yarn (thread) can use the same moisture regain data of the permissible deviation test of the weight per 100 meters to calculate the corrected strength. However, if the two tests are not conducted under the same conditions, the single-strength moisture regain shall be tested separately, and the weight of each sample shall not be less than 50g. 5.5 The test method for the coefficient of variation of weight per 100 meters CV (%) and the allowable deviation of weight per 100 meters shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4743. The coefficient of variation of weight per 100 meters CV (%) adopts optional procedure 1, and the linear density adopts optional procedure 3. The calculation formula for the deviation of weight per 100 meters is as follows (4): D=\=m ×100
Where: D—weight deviation per 100 meters, %,
m——actual dry weight of the sample, g;
md-—designed dry weight of the sample, g.
