Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Health standard for sulfuryl fluoride in the air of workplace
Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the maximum allowable concentration of sulfuryl fluoride in the air of workplace and its monitoring and inspection methods. This standard applies to all types of enterprises that produce and use sulfuryl fluoride. 2 Hygiene requirements
The maximum allowable concentration of sulfuryl fluoride in the air of workplace is 20mg/m. 3 Monitoring and inspection methods
The monitoring and inspection methods of this standard adopt gas chromatography, see Appendix A. 4 Supervision and implementation
Health and epidemic prevention agencies at all levels are responsible for supervising the implementation of this standard. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 3, 1996 382
GB16184--1996
Implementation on September 1, 1996

Appendix A
Gas chromatography
(Supplement)
Sulfuryl fluoride in the air is separated by a polytrifluorochloroethylene wax column and detected by an electron capture detector. Retention time is qualitative and peak height is quantitative. The detection limit of this method is 1.8×10-6μg (direct injection of 0.4mL air sample). A2 Apparatus
A2.1 Syringe: 100mL, 50mL.
A2.2 Gas chromatograph: electron capture detector. A3 Reagents
A3.1 Sulfuryl fluoride.
A3.2 Polychlorotrifluoroethylene wax, chromatographic stationary liquid. A3.3401 organic carrier: 60~80 mesh.
A4 Sampling
Take a 100ml syringe and purge it with on-site air several times at the sampling site, then extract about 100mL of air sample, put on a small rubber cap, and then place the syringe vertically for analysis on the same day. 5 Analysis steps
A5.1 Chromatographic conditionsbZxz.net
Chromatographic column: 3m long, 4mm inner diameter stainless steel column. Polychlorotrifluoroethylene wax: 401 organic carrier-2:100. Column temperature 60℃. Vaporization chamber temperature: room temperature.
Detection chamber temperature: 180℃.
d, carrier gas (high purity nitrogen): 50mL/min. A5.2 Standard curve drawing
Use a 1ml syringe to accurately measure sulfuryl fluoride gas of known concentration (1mL sulfuryl fluoride gas weighs 4.56mg under standard conditions) and inject it into a 100mL syringe. Dilute it with clean air to make 10×10-3, 30×10-\ and 50×10-3μg/mL sulfuryl fluoride standard gas, and inject 0.4mL with a 1mL syringe. Repeat three times for each concentration, take the average value of the peak height, plot the sulfuryl fluoride content against the peak height, and draw a standard curve. Retention time is a qualitative indicator. A5.3 Sample analysis
Take 0.4mL of air sample for injection. If the sample concentration is too high, dilute it with clean air or nitrogen gas for an appropriate time before injection. Use retention time for qualitative analysis and peak height for quantitative analysis.
