This part is Part 4 of YC/T210.
During the formulation of this part, reference was made to the Tobacco Leaf Code in the Manual of Information Classification and Code Compilation of Tobacco Industry (1992 and 1997 editions).
This part was proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the Information Sub-Technical Committee of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (TC144/SC7).
