Electrical accidents should not endanger the safety of personnel and the platform (artificial island). 2.2 Environmental Conditions and Working Conditions Electrical equipment should be suitable for the environmental conditions (1) The highest and lowest ambient temperatures in the area where the platform (artificial island) is located (vibration and shock generated during normal production of the platform (artificial island) (3) Humid air, mold (4) Chemically active substances such as salt spray, oil spray, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide; (5) Petroleum gas and natural gas in hazardous areas 2.2.2 Voltage and frequency The recommended voltage level is: AC single-phase 110V, 220V: AC three-phase 380V, 10kV; DC 110V, 24V, 12V. 2.2.2.2 The standard frequency of AC power should be 50Hz22.2.3 Under normal operation, the voltage tolerance at the terminals of the electrical equipment (expressed as a percentage of the rated voltage) should be +6%, -10%, the frequency tolerance should be ±5%, and the voltage tolerance for equipment powered by batteries should be ±20%. 2.2.2.4 AC electrical equipment should be able to operate normally when the harmonic component of the power supply is not more than 5%. For those powered by semiconductor converters, they should be able to operate normally when large harmonic components may appear. 1 General requirements 2.3 Layout and installation 2.3.1.1 The layout and installation of electrical equipment should meet safety requirements and be easy to repair. The connection and fastening of electrical equipment should be prevented from loosening due to vibration. 2.3.1.2 2.3.1.3 For electrical equipment that can generate high temperature during operation, measures should be taken to prevent nearby objects from overheating and catching fire during installation. When the temperature of the casing of the electrical equipment exceeds 80°C: protective measures should be taken. 2.3.1.5 Except for electrical equipment installed in special rooms, other electrical equipment with a voltage to ground or operating voltage exceeding 50V should have protective measures to prevent accidental contact with the live parts. 2.3.2 Casing protection 2.3.2.1 The casing protection type of electrical equipment should comply with the provisions of the "Classification of Casing Protection Levels".
