5.1 Water evaporation
Use a Baume meter or a hydrometer to measure the concentration (solid content) of milk before and after concentration, and calculate the water evaporation according to formula (1): 370
Standard search network ww.bzsoso
American standard industry data download
Where: W. — water evaporation, kg/h; QB/T 1829—1993
S——amount of milk concentrated per unit time, kg/h; B1~—concentration of milk before concentration, %; B2—concentration of milk after concentration, %.
5.2 Steam consumption
(1)
Install a steam flowmeter on the product main steam inlet pipeline to measure the steam inlet per unit time (if the conditions for installing a steam flowmeter are not met, the condensate weighing method is allowed to measure the steam consumption per unit time). Compare it with the evaporation amount in the corresponding time, and the steam consumption is: .D
Where: D-—steam consumption, kg/kg evaporated water; Dr—steam consumption per unit time, kg/h; W.—water evaporation, kg/h.
5.3 Cooling water consumption
(2))
Use a flowmeter on the cooling water replenishment pipe to measure the cooling water consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the water evaporation amount in the corresponding time. The measurement should be carried out under the conditions of inlet water temperature of 15℃ and outlet water temperature of 40℃. If it is not under this condition, the inlet water volume should be adjusted to stabilize the outlet water temperature at a value close to 40℃. Then convert the measured cooling water consumption into the cooling water consumption under this condition according to formula (3): W(T-Th)
(40℃-15℃)W
-Cooling water consumption, kg/kg evaporated water;
W-
-Measured water consumption, kg/h;
T--Water outlet temperature at measurement, ℃;
T.--Water inlet temperature at measurement, ℃;
W. Evaporation of water, kg/h.
5.4 Noise
Measure according to the provisions of ZBJ50004.
5.5The tests of 5.1 to 5.4 should be carried out when the product is operating normally. 5.6 Insulation resistance
Measure between the motor outlet terminal and the housing with a 500V megohmmeter. 5.7 For the test of Article 4.6
Close all the connection ports, start the hydraulic ejector to evacuate to above 90.7kPa, then shut down the hydraulic ejector and observe the vacuum gauge. 5.8 For the tests of Articles 4.7 to 4.10
Use visual inspection.
5.9 Paint
The paint surface shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1588.4. 5.10 For the test of Article 4.12.1
The manufacture of heaters and evaporators shall be inspected in accordance with the corresponding provisions of GB150 and GB151. 5.11 For the test of Article 4.12.2
5.11.1 The pressure test of heaters and evaporators shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150, and the test liquid shall be water. 5.11.2 The tightness test of heaters and evaporators shall be carried out in accordance with Article 10.9.6 of GB150.2, namely, kerosene leakage test. Kerosene leakage test: clean the side of the weld that can be inspected, apply white powder slurry, dry it, and then apply kerosene on the other side of the weld to make the surface sufficiently wetted. After 30 minutes, if there is no oil stain on the white powder, it is qualified. 371
