This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection specifications and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of industrial alkyl phenyl sulfonate (T-50 petroleum ester).
This standard applies to alkyl phenyl sulfonate mainly used as polyvinyl chloride plasticizer, which is prepared from Ciz~CL normal alkanes (natural crude oil refining by-products) through sulfonyl chlorination, phenol esterification reaction, fractionation, refining and other processes. Technical requirements
3.1, Appearance: At room temperature, It is a light yellow oily liquid. 3.2

4 Test method
4.1 Determination of chromaticity
The determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1673.
4.2 Determination of flash point

Allowable difference: The difference between the two determination results shall not exceed 2C, and the arithmetic mean of the two results shall be taken as the internal point of the test. 4.3 Determination of acid value

It can also be measured at room temperature and then converted to the density value at 20℃, but the arbitration is measured at 20℃. 4.5 Heating loss Determination of viscosity
The measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1669.
Note: The height of the sample in the oven should be 10-15cm from the pre-section. 4.6 Determination of viscosity
4.6.1 The measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1661.
4.6.2 The measurement result shall be calculated according to the following formula

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Phenyl alkyl sulfonate shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of alkyl sulfonate phenyl ester shipped out of the factory shall meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.2 Each batch of uniform products packaged once is considered a batch. Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6680. 5.3 The sampled products shall be fully mixed and evenly packed into two clean ground-mouth stoppered glass bottles. Labels shall be attached to the bottles with the following: manufacturer 2

, product name, batch number and sampling date. One of the bottles shall be kept for three months for verification and analysis. 5.4 If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sample from twice the amount of barrels for verification. Even if only one of the verification results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of alkyl sulfonate phenyl ester cannot be accepted. 5.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the user shall raise the issue within three months after the product leaves the factory. The arbitration unit shall be selected by agreement between the two parties and shall be verified and analyzed in accordance with this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The packaging container should be painted with firm and obvious markings, including: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, net weight, gross weight. 6.1
6.2 Alkyl phenyl sulfonate should be packed in a firm, dry, clean, impurity-free 200L closed steel drum (GB325), with a net weight of 200-kg per drum. Each batch of packaged finished products should be accompanied by a quality certificate. The certificate includes: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, grade, production date, net weight, this standard number and the signature or seal of the inspector. 6.3 During transportation, it should be protected from violent impact, exposure to the sun and rain. For train shipment or other long-distance transportation, the packaging barrel should be wrapped with straw rope to prevent damage to the packaging.
6.4 Alkyl phenyl sulfonate should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from fire to ensure the quality and safety of the product. Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Shanxi Chemical Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Jinzhou Chemical Plant of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Ming, Liu Yuzhen and Zhang Shuxian. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former standard HG2-876-76 "Alkyl Sulfonic Acid Phenyl Esters" issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China will be invalidated.
