GB/T2374-1994 General conditions for dyeing determination GB/T2399—2003 Determination of color light and intensity of cationic dyes 3 Principle Use a basic dye sample and a standard sample of the same variety to dye the same fiber under the same conditions, then take the dyeing intensity of the standard sample as 100 points and the color light as the standard, make a visual comparison, and evaluate the color light and intensity of the sample. 4 Reagents and materials Reagents and materials should comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T2374-1994. Instruments and equipment Instruments and equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T2374-1994. 6 Test methods 6.1 Dyeing method for acrylic bulked yarn Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2399-2003. 6.2 Dyeing method for cotton fiber General dyeing conditions shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T2374-1994. The selection of dyeing method shall be based on the specific variety and performance, with the highest color giving power as the principle. The dyeing depth shall be selected according to the specific variety, with the principle of clear grading. 6.2.1 Tannic acid primer and fixation 6.2.1.1 Primer formula · Glacial acetic acid: 2% (owf); · Tannic acid: 3% (owf); . Bath ratio: 1:20. 6.2.1.2 Primer operation Prepare the primer solution according to the provisions of 6.2.1.1 of this standard, heat the primer solution in a water bath to 60℃~~70℃, then put the boiled and squeezed cotton cloth or cotton yarn into it for immersion and turning, and wait for it to cool naturally to room temperature, soak for more than 6 hours or leave it overnight. Take it out and wring it dry, and fix it without washing. 6.2.1.3 Fixing formula : Tartar emetic: 1.5% (owf); GB/T 4465—2003 ·Bath ratio: 1:20. 6.2.1.4 Fixing operation Prepare the fixing solution according to 6.2.1.3 of this standard. Put the primed cotton cloth or cotton yarn into the fixing solution at 20℃~30℃, turn it over for 30min, take it out and wash it for dyeing. 6.2.2 Dyeing 6.2.2.1 Preparation of dye solution Accurately weigh several grams of dye standard and sample (accurate to 0.0005g), add 10 times the mass of dye (in grams) of 100g/L acetic acid solution (in milliliters) or acetic acid-propylene glycol mixture with a volume ratio of 7:3 (specified in the product standard), mix into slurry, add appropriate amount of 50℃~60℃ hot water, stir to dissolve (heat appropriately if necessary), and cool to room temperature. Dilute with water into a 1.000mL volumetric flask, shake and set aside. The dye solution needs to be prepared as needed and cannot be used every other day. 6.2.2.2 Dyeing formula ·Fiber: 5g cotton yarn (cotton cloth) or 10g cotton yarn;·Dyeing depth: specified in the product standard; Glacial acetic acid: 0.2%~1% (owf); Dyeing bath ratio: 1:40 for 5g cotton yarn (cotton cloth), 120 for 10g cotton yarn.6.2.2.3 Dyeing operation Put the primed and fixed fiber into the dyeing at 20℃~30℃, gradually raise the dyeing bath temperature to 60℃~70℃ within 20min, keep the temperature for dyeing for 30min, take out and wash, dry or dry in an oven at 45℃~55℃.6.2.3 Evaluation of dyeing results Carry out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T2374-1994. 6.3 Silk dyeing method 6.3.1 General conditionsbzxZ.net General dyeing conditions shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T2374--1994. The dyeing method shall be selected according to the specific variety and performance, with the highest color giving power as the principle. The dyeing depth shall be selected according to the specific variety, with the principle of clear grading. 6.3.2 Dyeing liquor preparation Prepare the dyeing liquor according to the provisions of 6.2.2.1 of this standard. 6.3.3 Dyeing formula ·Fiber: silk fabric, 2g; , dyeing depth: specified in the product standard; mass fraction is 30% acetic acid: 1%~2% (owf);·Dyeing bath ratio: 1:100. 6.3.4 Fabric pretreatment Before dyeing, treat the silk fabric in 2g/L perchlorate solution at a bath ratio of 1:50 at 80℃ for 15min, take it out, and air it in order to prepare for dyeing. 6.3.5 Dyeing operation Dye the silk fabric treated in accordance with Article 6.3.4 of this standard in the dye bath at room temperature, and heat it to 60℃ within 20min. Keep it warm and dye it at 60℃ for 30min, then take the fiber out of the dye vat, wash it with running water, and air it. 6.3.6 Evaluation of dyeing results Carry out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T2374-1994. 7 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: a) Name of the dye tested; No. and year of this standard; Dyeing method and dyeing depth; Name and model of the instrument used; Test results, Special circumstances during the test; Differences from this method; Test date.
