6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the items specified in this standard, and the certificate of conformity must be issued before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Product grade assessment
Only when the appearance, size and physical properties are qualified or meet the requirements of the corresponding grade can it be determined as a product of that grade. 6.3 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3.1 Factory inspection
6.3.1.1 Factory inspection itemswww.bzxz.net
Appearance;
Width, length, inner diameter of tube core;
180 peel strength before aging;
Maintenance adhesion;
Initial adhesion;

6.3.1.2 Factory inspection batching and sampling rules a.
The shift production or one-time delivery quantity is a batch, and at least 6 boxes are randomly selected from each batch of products. At least 10 rolls are sampled from each box for appearance and size inspection. Physical performance inspection: At least 2 rolls shall be sampled from each box. 6.3.1.3 Factory inspection judgment rules
During size inspection, if the number of unqualified rolls exceeds 10% of the total number of sample rolls, double samples are allowed to be sampled from the batch of products for re-inspection of unqualified items. If more than 10% of the sample rolls are unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. During appearance inspection, if the number of sample rolls that do not meet the corresponding grade exceeds 10% of the total number of sample rolls, double samples are allowed to be sampled from the batch of products for re-inspection of unqualified items. If 10% of the sample rolls do not meet the corresponding grade regulations, the batch of products shall be downgraded or unqualified.
c. During physical performance inspection, if any item of 1 roll does not meet the corresponding grade regulations, double samples are allowed to be sampled for re-inspection of the item. If there is still 1 roll that does not meet the corresponding grade regulations, the batch of products shall be downgraded or unqualified. 3

HG/T2408-92
6.3.2.1 All technical requirements specified in the standard shall be inspected. 6.3.2.2 The 180° peel strength and tear strength after wet heat aging shall be inspected at least once a year. During the inspection, 2 rolls from 6 boxes shall be randomly selected as samples. If 1 roll does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, 12 boxes shall be selected again, and 4 rolls shall be selected as samples for re-inspection of the two items. If there is still 1 roll that does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the product during this period shall be downgraded or unqualified. 6.4 Acceptance and arbitration
The user has the right to request acceptance of product quality according to this standard. When the user has objections to the product quality, the quality supervision agency agreed by both parties shall conduct arbitration according to this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
Each box of adhesive tape shall have the following markings:
Name and address of the production unit;
Adhesive tape mark, product quality grade;
Registered trademark;
Quantity, weight;
Production date or production batch number;
Anti-pressure, moisture-proof, sun-proof and other markings;
Expiration date.
7.2 Packaging
The product packaging adopts corrugated paper boxes, and isolation paper shall be placed between the upper and lower layers, with packing list and certificate of conformity attached. Special packaging forms and packing requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of the supply contract.
7.3 Transportation
The product should be handled with care during transportation to prevent squeezing, and should not be mixed with volatile solvents. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The product should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of -5 to 40°C and a relative humidity below 80% without volatile solvents. 7.4.2 It is not allowed to be directly stacked on a damp ground, and the bottom box should not be deformed. 7.4.3 The product storage period is 1 year from the date of production.
