Stamping parts burr height
3.1 The water tank shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The material of the upper and lower bodies of the water tank shall be high-quality carbon structural steel thin steel plate, which shall comply with the provisions of GB710. 3.3 The stamping parts of the water tank should be flat, and no defects such as cracks and wrinkles are allowed. The burr height should comply with the provisions of JB4129. 3.4 The welds of the water tank should be firm and flat, and no defects such as cracks, penetration, pores, and slag inclusions are allowed. Welding slag and spatter should be removed after welding. 3.5 The inner and outer surfaces of the water tank must be rust-free before painting. 3.6 The plating of the water tank should be uniform and firm, and no defects such as peeling and bubbles are allowed. 3.7 The quality of the paint coating on the outer surface of the water tank should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Appearance of paint film
Thickness of paint film
Adhesion of paint film
3.8 The water tank should be tested for sealing, and no leakage is allowed. Quality requirements
Smooth and flat, uniform color, no obvious paint defects>25μm
Not less than level 2
3.9 The water tank should be tested for vibration durability. After that, the sealing test is carried out. No leakage is allowed and its parts are not allowed to be damaged. 3.10 After the corrosion resistance test, the coating of the water tank is not allowed to have obvious rust. After the bonding force heating method test, the coating of the water tank is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, peeling, bubbles, etc. 3.11
3.12 The outer surface of the water tank should be flat and smooth, and no obvious pits, bumps, scratches, etc. are allowed. 4 Test method
Sealing test
Immerse the sealed water tank in water and pass compressed air with a pressure of 50kPa for 1 minute. No leakage is allowed. 4.2 Vibration durability test
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 28, 1992, and implemented on January 1, 1993
JB/T6009--92
Fill the water tank with two-thirds of its volume of water, fix it on the vibration test bench, and conduct the vibration durability test according to the test specifications specified in Table 2. After the test, the water tank should be tested for sealing, and leakage is not allowed, and its parts are not allowed to be damaged. Table 2
