3.1 The product code of Tingyuan grain column consists of basic parts such as product name, specification and density series code. 3.2 The product name is represented by the first letter (ZY) of the Chinese pinyin of "Tingyuan". 3.3 Specifications include product diameter and powder charge. The diameter is expressed in millimeters and the powder charge is expressed in kilograms. 3.4 Density series codes are represented by the Chinese pinyin letters G (high), Z (medium), and D (low). 3.5 When the source grain cannot be used at 40°C, the lowest applicable temperature should be indicated after the density series code. 3.6 For special-purpose Tingyuan grain columns, they should be marked with a capital letter in front of \ZY", and the letter should be determined when the product is finalized. 3.7 Product code example:

4.3.1 Seismic source medicine The surface of the column should be smooth, free of leaks, no residue, and clearly marked. The quality of the glue seal should be in good condition.
4.3.2 The color of the shell should be determined according to the main charge density. Use three colors: blue (high density), red (medium density), and yellow (low density). Test method
5
5.1 Determination of main charge density
Randomly extract the shells used for the same batch of seismic source charge columns, weigh the mass of the shells first, and then inject into the shells Bring normal temperature water to the lower edge of the positioning groove and measure the volume of injected water. This volume is the shell volume. Use a shell with a known volume to charge the powder to the lower edge of the positioning groove and measure its mass. Calculate the density of the seismic source charge column:

2 Sampling and determination of factory inspection
6.3.2.1 Appearance inspection
The appearance is fully inspected during the production process, and it is qualified if it meets the requirements of Article 4.3. 6.3.2.2 Water pressure resistance test
During normal production, 5 sections are selected from the first batch of monthly production and tested according to the provisions of Article 5.5. Make the judgment according to Article 6.2.3.2. If all 10 consecutive batches pass the initial test, one batch can be randomly tested every 5 batches, with the first batch of every 5 batches being the representative batch. If a representative batch fails both the initial test and the retest, the representative batch will be deemed unqualified and testing will resume batch by batch immediately. When all five consecutive batches pass the initial test, the test can be changed to one batch every five batches.
6.3.2.3 Charge quantity inspection
Randomly select 10 sections from each batch and conduct inspection according to the provisions of Article 5.9. All products that meet the requirements in Table 2 are considered qualified. If the dosage of one section is unqualified, a retest should be conducted with double the quantity (10 sections). During the retest, the dosage will be considered qualified if all the dosage meets the requirements, otherwise it will be deemed unqualified. 6.3.2.4 Determination of main charge density
Randomly select 10 sections from each batch and measure according to the provisions of Article 5.1. All requirements in Table 1 are considered qualified. If the density of one section does not meet the requirements, the test should be repeated with double the number (20 sections). During the retest, the density will be deemed to be qualified if all the density meets the requirements, otherwise it will be deemed unqualified. 6.3.2.5 Explosion completeness test
Select 5 sections from each batch and conduct the test according to the provisions of Article 5.3. All explosions are completely qualified. If one section explodes incompletely, the test should be repeated with double the number (10 sections), and all explosions will be considered qualified. Otherwise it is unqualified. If all 10 consecutive batches pass the initial test, one batch can be randomly tested every 5 batches, with the first batch of every 5 batches being the representative batch. If the representative batch fails both the initial test and the retest, the representative batch will be deemed unqualified and testing will be resumed batch by batch immediately. When all five consecutive batches pass the initial test, the test can be changed to one batch every five batches.

GB15563—1995
Explosion integrity test shall be conducted at least once a month. It is allowed to be combined with the water pressure resistance test.
If the detonator fails to explode due to the quality or assembly of the detonator, the same quantity should be retested. 6.3.2.6 Connection force inspection
Select 4 sections (divided into two groups) from any batch produced every month and conduct inspection according to the provisions of Article 5.8. Make the judgment according to Article 6.2.3.3. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
