The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. JB/T9165.41998 Design drawings and design file formats for special process equipment 3 Basis of tooling design
a) Tooling design task book;
b) Process regulations;
c) Product drawings and technical conditions, etc.;
d) Relevant national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards; e) Typical tooling drawings and relevant information at home and abroad; f Factory equipment manual;
g) Production technical conditions.
4 Tooling design principles
4.1 Tooling design must meet process requirements, have reliable structural performance, safe use, and convenient operation, which is conducive to achieving high quality, high yield, and low consumption, improving labor conditions, and improving the level of tooling standardization, generalization, and serialization. 4.2 Tooling design should be carried out in depth on site and in contact with reality. When determining the design plan for major and key tools, opinions should be widely solicited, and the design can only be carried out after approval by the review.
4.3 Tool design must ensure that the drawings are clear, complete, correct and unified. 4.4 For precise, important and special tools, instructions for use and design calculations should be attached. 5 Tool design procedure (see Figure 1)
5.1 After accepting the tool design task book, it should be analyzed, studied and revised. 5.2 Familiar with the drawings of the workpiece:
Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on November 20, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998
JB/T9167.41998
5.2.1 The role of the workpiece in the product, the structural characteristics, main precision and technical conditions of the workpiece; 5.2.2 The material, rough type, weight and overall dimensions of the workpiece, etc. 5.3 Be familiar with the process plan and process regulations of the workpiece being processed: 5.3.1 Be familiar with the process route of the workpiece being processed; 5.3.2 Be familiar with the model, specifications, main parameters and intact state of the equipment; 5.3.3 Be familiar with the heat treatment of the workpiece being processed. 5.4 Check the tooling task book.
5.5 Collect relevant information from inside and outside the enterprise, and conduct necessary process experiments; at the same time, solicit opinions from relevant personnel and organize research as needed. 5.6 Determine the design plan:
5.6.1 Propose suggestions for borrowing tooling and the use of the next tooling; 5.6.2 Draw a schematic diagram of the scheme structure, and perform necessary calculations of stiffness, strength, and clamping force for the geometric dimensions of the determined basic parts; 5.6.3 For complex tooling, it is necessary to draw connection dimensions and tool layout diagrams; 5.6.4 Select positioning elements, clamping elements or mechanisms. The selection of positioning datum should be considered in accordance with the design datum and measurement datum. 5.6.5 Check the outline size, total weight, load-bearing capacity and equipment specifications of the tooling; 5.6.6 Conduct a comprehensive analysis, discussion and review of the design plan to determine the overall design. 5.7 Draw the assembly drawing:
5.7.1 The tooling drawing should comply with the provisions of JB/T9165.4 and the relevant provisions of mechanical drawing and technical drawing standards. 5.7.2 Draw the outline, positioning, clamping parts, processing parts and allowances of the processed fog parts. 5.7.3 The assembly drawing should indicate the assembly size, matching code and outline (length, width, height) size of the main active parts of the positioning surface (point) and clamping surface (point).
5.7.4 Indicate the relevant dimensions and main parameters of the processed parts in the tooling, as well as the total weight of the tooling. 5.7.5 When necessary, draw the trajectory of the clamping and assembly and disassembly active parts. 5.7.6 Indicate the printing position of the tooling number.
5.7.7 Indicate the inspection dimensions and technical requirements for final assembly. 5.7.8 Fill in the title bar and the fog parts list. 5.7.9 Conduct review and countersign.
5.8 Draw part drawings.
5.9 Review:
5.9.1 Assembly drawings, part drawings and related materials must be reviewed; 5.9.2 The drawings and materials submitted for review must be complete and complete; 5.9.3 Conduct a comprehensive review of the drawings submitted for review and sign them; 5.10 Standardization review.
5.11 Approval.
5.12 Proofread after drawing and signature of relevant personnel. 5.13 For any tooling drawings that need to be modified, the designer himself or the service personnel must fill in the process document modification notice, and after approval, send it to the blueprint issuing unit for modification, and modify the base map. 2
