5.3 Appearance
The surface of the pallet should be flat and free of burrs, cracks and deformation that affect use, and there should be no obvious color difference on a single pallet. The color of the same batch of products is basically the same.
Test method
Test condition adjustment and standard test environment 6.1
The samples in Articles 6.4, 6.5 and 6.7 shall be conditioned for no less than 48 hours in an environment of 23±2℃ and relative humidity of 45% to 55% as specified in GB2918, and the test shall be carried out under such conditions. 6.2 Test apparatus
The dimensional error of the test apparatus is +2% to -2%; the accuracy of the measuring instrument is 0.5 mm;
The position accuracy of each component including the test load is 2 mm; the total error of the test load is +1% to 1%. 6.3 Stacking test
6.3.1 Steps
Place the pallet on a flat, hard horizontal surface as shown in Figure 1. Place the test load block with an overall dimension of 300mm×300mm×25mma.
on the center point of the outer pad. Place the test load plate on the test load block. Add the test load to 0.25P. The test load includes the mass of the test load block and the test load plate. The test load should be evenly distributed. Record the value at this time. Within 1 to 5 minutes, add the test load to 1.1P. The test load should be evenly distributed. Maintain this test load for 24 hours and record the y2 value at this time. The deformation of point A is expressed as the average value of the results measured at A1 and A2. Test the pads at the four corners in turn. 3.13

6.3.4 When testing at two corners (A, B) at the same time, the test load is 2.2P, and when testing at four corners at the same time, the test load is 4.4P. 6.4 Bending strength test
Perform according to Article 4.1 of GB4996.
6.5 Lower deck strength test
6.5.1 Steps
Put the upper deck of the pallet downward on a flat, hard horizontal surface as shown in Figure 2; the size of the bolster shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB4996;
Place two bolsters on the lower deck as shown in Figure 2; after the test load plate is placed on the bolster, add the test load to 0.1P, the test load includes the mass of the bolster and the test load, the test load should be evenly distributed, and the deflection value at this time is recorded as 31; e.
Continue to add the test load to 1.15P, the test load should be evenly distributed, and the deflection value at this time is recorded as 32; the deflection value can be expressed as the arithmetic mean of the results measured by A, B, C, and D; test in both the length and width directions.

6.5.3 Result
After unloading, the appearance should be free of cracks and deformation that affect the use. The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean. 6.6 Corner drop test
6.6.1 Steps
Set measuring points A and B at about 40mm from both ends of the diagonal of the pallet loading surface, and measure the length a of the diagonal between A and B.
(H).
As shown in Figure 3, lift one corner of the pallet to a height of 500mm, and then drop the same corner onto a flat concrete floor for three consecutive times. 347

After falling three times, measure the diagonal length from point A to point B (H,), and compare it with the measured value of the diagonal length from point A to point B (H) before the test. Calculate the change rate according to formula (3). About 40mm

6.6.3 Results
There are no cracks or deformations that affect the use of the product. The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean. 6.7 Uniform load strength test
6.7.1 Steps
a. As shown in Figure 4, place the pallet on a support platform, distribute the test load of 1.1P evenly and tightly on the upper deck, maintain this load for 48 hours, and record the deflection value at this time. The deflection value is expressed as the average value of the results measured by A1 and A2. b.

6.7.3 Results
After loading, the appearance should be free of cracks and deformation that affect the use. The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Factory inspection: The appearance needs to be inspected one by one and should comply with Section 5.3. Type inspection: Each batch of products shall be inspected item by item in accordance with Article 5.3. When the raw materials, formulas and process conditions change, type tests shall be carried out. The longest period of type inspection shall not exceed three months. 349
7.2 Batch
GB/T15234-94
The same raw materials, same formulas, same process conditions and same specifications of pallets are a batch, and the maximum number of each batch shall not exceed 5000. 7.3 Sampling
Each test shall not be less than 3 pallets.
7.4 Judgment rules
When one of the appearance items is unqualified, the pallet is unqualified. When any of the physical and mechanical properties is unqualified, it is necessary to re-sample double the number and re-inspect the unqualified items. After the re-inspection is qualified, the batch is qualified; if it is still unqualified, the batch is unqualified. 8 Marking, transportation, storage
8.1 Each pallet should be marked with a permanent mark indicating the manufacturer's name, product type, trademark, specification, standard number and load capacity. 8.2 Each batch of pallets should be accompanied by a product certificate and marked with the batch number, inspection agency, and inspector's seal. 8.3 During storage and transportation, the pallets should be placed neatly to prevent mechanical damage. 8.4 Avoid sunlight exposure, high temperature, heat source, and fire source during storage.
