5 Inspection rules
HG2219-91
5.1 Granular superphosphate products should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer should ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, product grade, batch number, production date, product net weight and this standard number. 5.2 The user has the right to verify the received granular superphosphate products in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether its indicators meet the requirements of this standard.
5.3 Granular superphosphate is inspected by batch, with a maximum batch of 400t. 5.4 Random sampling of bagged granular TSP products is carried out according to Table 2: Table 2
Total number of bags
82~101
102~125
126~151
152~181
Number of sampling bags
Total number of bags
When there are more than 512 bags, the number of sampling bags shall be calculated as follows:Total number of bags
182~216
217~2 54
255~296
297~343
344~394
395~450
451~512
Number of sampling bags = 3×M
Number of sampling bags
Use a sampling needle to obliquely insert from one side of the bag mouth to 3/4 of the depth of the opposite bag to take a uniform sample. The sampling volume each time shall not be less than 0.1kg, and the total amount of samples taken shall not be less than 2.5kg.
5.5 During the packaging process of granular heavy superphosphate products, uniform samples can also be taken at certain time intervals on the belt conveyor. The samples taken for each batch shall not be less than 5kg.
5.6 Combine the samples, mix thoroughly, and use a divider or quartering method to reduce to no less than 0.6kg, and pack them into two clean, dry wide-mouth bottles or sealed polyethylene bottles with ground stoppers. Label them with the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is for inspection, and the other is a reserved sample. Seal and store for one month for inspection. 5.7 Take about 100g of the reduced sample, grind it quickly with a pulverizer or mortar until it all passes through a 0.5mm (1.0mm when the water content is high) aperture sieve, mix well, and place in a clean, dry bottle for component analysis. The remaining reduced sample is used for particle size and average particle compressive strength determination. 5.8 If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the number of packaging bags for re-testing (if the samples were originally taken from the packaging belt conveyor, the sampling and inspection can be carried out according to the sampling regulations of bagged products in Article 5.4). If the re-test results show that only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of granular heavy superphosphate is unqualified. 5.9 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration, arbitration should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Interim Measures for National Product Quality Arbitration Inspection". The arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection rules and test methods specified in this standard. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 Granular TSP is packaged in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene film bags or composite plastic woven bags, with a net weight of 40±0.4kg or 50±0.5kg per bag, and the average net weight of each bag shall not be less than 40 or 50kg; the packaging weight may also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties, and the average net weight of each bag shall refer to the provisions of 40 and 50kg.
6.2 Granular TSP packaging bags shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, product grade or main nutrient content, product net weight and this standard number.
6.3 Granular TSP shall be protected from moisture and packaging bag damage during transportation and storage. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and Yunnan Phosphate Fertilizer Plant. The main drafters of this standard are Gu Yongkang, Chen Xuezhi, Xie Ruiming and Hua Xiaoxian. The specifications of superior and standard products in this standard refer to the Soviet national standard IOCT16306-80 "Technical Conditions for Granular TSP".
