This standard is applicable to all types of zoos. All kinds of wild animal breeding places should refer to it for implementation. 2 Referenced Standards CJ115-2000 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB2893—1982 Safety colors GB2894—1996 Safety signs 3 Terminology 3.1 Safety signs Safety signs are signs composed of safety colors, borders, graphic symbols or text with images as the main features, used to express specific safety information. 4 Sign types These safety signs are divided into three types: prohibition signs, warning signs, and command signs. 4.1 Prohibition signs 4.1.1 The basic form of prohibition signs shall be as shown in 4.1.2 and Figure 1 of GB2894-1996, and the parameters shall be as specified in 4.1.3. 4.1.2 The graphic symbols of prohibition signs are shown in Table 1. 4.2 Warning signs The basic form of warning signs shall be as shown in 4.2.2 and Figure 2 of GB2894-1996, and the parameters shall be as specified in 4.2.3. 4.2.1 The graphic symbols of warning signs are shown in Table 2. 4.3 Command signs 4.3.1 The basic form of command signs shall be in accordance with 4.3.2 and Figure 3 of GB2894-1996, and the parameters shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.3.3. 4.3.2 The graphic symbols of command signs are shown in Table 3 4.4 Text auxiliary signs The basic form and use of text auxiliary signs shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.5.2.1.4.5.2.2, 4.5.2.3 of GB2894-1996. 5 Colors The colors used for safety signs shall comply with the colors specified in GB2893. Approved by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China on June 12, 2000, and implemented on December 1, 2000 6. Production of safety signs CJ115-2000 6.1 Safety signs must be produced according to the basic graphics of the standard. 6.2 Safety signs must have a lining. Except for the warning sign frame, which is outlined in yellow, all other frames are outlined with a narrow white border, which is the background color of the safety sign. The width of the lining is 0.025 times the length or diameter of the sign. 6.3 Safety signs should be made of sturdy and durable materials. It is not advisable to use materials that are deformed, deteriorated or flammable when exposed to water. Insulating materials should be used in workplaces with the risk of electric shock. In addition to the above requirements, the signs should have clear graphics, no burrs, holes or any symptoms that affect use. 6.4 Safety signs must be inspected and qualified before they can be produced and sold. 7. Installation, inspection and maintenance of safety signs 7.1 Safety signs should be placed in eye-catching places related to safety, so that everyone has enough time to pay attention to the content after seeing it. 7.2 It should not be placed on movable objects such as doors, scales, racks, etc., so as to avoid the safety signs being invisible after the objects are moved. 7.3 The angle between the plane of the sign and the line of sight should be close to 90°. When the observer is at the maximum observation distance, the minimum angle should not be less than 75°. 7.4 Safety signs should be inspected at least once every six months. If deformation, damage, fading, etc. are found to be inconsistent with the requirements, they should be repaired or replaced in time. 7.5 The dimensions of safety signs are shown in Table 4.
