According to the requirements of the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection Document No. (88) Chengbiao Zi 141, eight technical grade standards for workers, including the "Technical Grade Standards for Urban Survey and Survey Workers" compiled by the former Labor and Wage Bureau of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection, have been reviewed by our ministry and are now approved as departmental standards, with numbers respectively as "Technical Grade Standards for Urban Survey and Survey Workers" CJJ19-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Urban Gardening Workers" CJJ20-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Ancient Building Construction Workers" CJJ21-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Urban Public Transport Workers" CJJ22-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Workers in Urban Water Supply Industry" CJJ23-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Urban Gas and Heat Workers" CJJ24-89, "Technical Grade Standards for Sanitation Workers" CJJ25-89, and "Technical Grade Standards for Housing Construction Workers" CJJ26-89, and will be implemented from October 1, 1989. If you have any questions or comments during the implementation process, please inform the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Construction.
This standard is published by China Construction Industry Press. Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This standard is specially formulated to meet the needs of technical training for urban garden workers, improve the technical quality of workers and further implement the principle of distribution according to work, and promote the development of urban gardening and greening. Article 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the assessment of the technical level of seedling workers, greening workers, flower workers, bonsai workers, plant protection workers, rockery workers, wild animal breeders, and goldfish breeders in the urban gardening and greening industry. Article 1.0.3 Types of work not included in this standard and the implementation of this standard may be formulated by the gardening authorities of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with independent planning status according to local conditions. General types of work may be implemented in accordance with the standards formulated by relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council.

Section 1 Junior Workers
Article 2.1.1 What Junior Workers Should Know
1. The important role and significance of nurseries in urban landscaping. 2. Be able to identify the tree species and general tools and machines commonly used in this nursery, and understand their uses.
3. Master the main production processes, operating procedures and technical specifications for nursery. 4. Understand how to estimate nursery area, nursery specifications and yield. 5. Master the prevention and control methods of common diseases and pests in nurseries, the safe use and storage of commonly used pesticides, and the storage and use of common fertilizers. 6. Master the basic methods of nurserying of commonly used tree species. Article 2.1.2 What Junior Workers Should Know
1. Under the guidance of middle and senior technicians, be able to carry out general nursery breeding and cultivation management.
2. Master the general pruning, shaping, transplanting, and out-of-garden methods of trees and shrubs. 3. Under the guidance of intermediate and senior technicians, be able to prepare and use common pesticides. 4. Be able to correctly use and repair common tools in the nursery. Article 2.2.1 Intermediate Workers Should Know
1. Have basic knowledge of plant morphology, anatomy, and general classification. The relationship between the phenological period and seasonal changes of the seedlings commonly grown in this nursery and the growth of the seedlings. 2. Timely harvesting, processing, and storage of seeds and strips of general seedlings, basic propagation methods of general seedlings, and knowledge of greenhouse and film covering seedling cultivation. 1. Be able to master various seedling propagation techniques and methods. Be able to propagate more precious flowers and trees and handle the seeds and strips of various seedlings. 2. Be able to master reasonable pruning, shaping, fertilization and other work according to the different growth habits of seedlings.
3. Be able to take effective prevention and control measures for common diseases and insect pests in this nursery, and be able to eliminate general faults of commonly used machinery.
4. Be able to master the cultivation and management techniques of seedlings, and be able to carry out seedling trials and estimate the labor and materials of special nursery seedlings according to scientific research plans. 5. 2. Be able to distinguish the main morphological characteristics of trees and shrubs, evergreens and deciduous trees, and coniferous and broad-leaved trees. Be able to identify common local garden greening plants. 3. Common local pests and diseases and the safe use and storage of commonly used pesticides, and the storage and use of common fertilizers.
Article 3.1.2 What Junior Workers Should Know
1.1. Be able to correctly operate and repair commonly used gardening tools. 2. Be able to basically complete the digging, wrapping, hoisting, transportation and planting of general gardening plants according to the operating procedures. 3.
