3 Definition of energy balance of the whole enterprise
Enterprise energy balance is the energy balance based on the enterprise, including the balance of income and expenditure of various energy sources, and the balance between consumption and effective utilization and loss.
4 Method for energy balance of enterprise
4.1 Enterprise energy balance adopts statistical calculation method. When statistical data is not available, statistical data should be used according to special requirements. When the energy balance sheet is prepared, the energy source should be calculated and the statistical data should be complete and correct. The relevant data should not be wrong, missed or double-counted.
5.2 The physical quantity of various energy sources and the conversion standard coal should be separated as necessary. 5.3 The various energy numbers in the full balance sheet should be consistent with the actual income.
