Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) Cleanliness determination method for small and medium-power internal combustion engines JB/T5099 Paper filter element for internal combustion engine Oil filter assembly test method 3 Technical requirements
3.1 The assembly shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and its technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 The sealing ring made of elastic material in the assembly shall be oil-resistant and temperature-resistant. 3.3 The inner and outer surfaces of the assembly and screws, nuts, etc. shall be treated with anti-rust treatment, and the surface plating and coating shall be free of rust and peeling. 3.4 The assembly shall be subjected to a sealing test under the action of an oil pressure of 0.8MPa for a time of not less than 3min. Oil leakage is not allowed at the joints between the port cleaner housing and the filter seat.
3.5 The original resistance of the assembly shall not be greater than 0.025MPa at rated volume flow. The rated volume flow is calculated according to formula (1):
Q = 0.006 F
Where: Q—rated volume flow, L/min, 0.006--coefficient, L/(min·(cm)-1); F-effective filtration area of the filter element, cm\.
3.6 The original filtration efficiency of the assembly shall not be less than 60%. 3.7 The clogging life of the filter element in the assembly shall not be less than 3h when the pressure drop reaches 0.07MPa. Note: The clogging life test shall use the filter element after the original filtration efficiency test. 3.8 A bypass safety valve shall be set on the assembly, and its opening pressure shall not be less than 0.1MPa. (1)
3.9 The sealing performance of the bypass safety valve. When the pressure difference before and after the filter is 0.03MPa lower than the specified opening pressure, the oil leakage should not exceed 0.5% of the rated volume flow.
3.10 The bypass safety valve should have good passability. When passing the rated volume flow, the resistance should not be greater than 0.2MPa. 3.11 The assembly should be subjected to the high oil temperature resistance test. After being immersed in 135℃ engine oil for 192h, the filter element should not be debonded or cracked, and other parts should not have permanent deformation or local damage.
3.12 If a pressure regulating valve is provided on the assembly, its opening pressure and hydraulic characteristics should meet the requirements of the product drawings. 3.13 The interior of the assembly should be clean. The cleanliness limit is: the rated volume flow is not more than 14L/min and should not exceed 4.4mg·(L/min)-. For rated volume flow greater than 14L/min, it shall not exceed 3mg·(L/min)=. The test method for cleanliness shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3821 approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992. 3.14 The connection dimensions and geometric tolerances of the assembly and the host shall comply with the requirements of the product drawings. 3.15 There shall be no obvious scratches, burrs or other defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the assembly. 3.16 The force reduction performance of the assembly and its components shall be measured when the test fluid has a kinematic viscosity of 24mm*/s, and the viscosity shall be kept within the range of 5% of the specified value: 3.17 The test methods for the relevant items in this chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5099. 4 Inspection rules 4.1 Each assembly shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. A product certificate shall be issued after passing the inspection. 4.2: When the ordering unit samples the quality of the assembly product, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The assembly shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or factory logo, product name and model. 5.1
5.2 Each assembly shall be packed in a paper box separately, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate signed by the inspector and instructions for use and maintenance. 5.3 When the assembly leaves the factory, it shall be packed in a dry packaging box lined with moisture-proof material, and ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. 5.4 The outer surface of the packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name and address:
Product name and model:
Factory date: year
Volume: length × width × height, mm;
Weight.kgt
Quantity:
Consignee and address:
"Moisture-proof", "Handle with care"
5.5 The assembly should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under the condition of proper storage, the manufacturer should ensure that the filter assembly will not rust and the filter element will not rot or debond within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed and managed by the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. The main drafter of this standard is the storage period loss. From the date of implementation of this standard, NJ427-86 Technical Conditions for Paper Filter Element Oil Filter Assembly for Internal Combustion Engines 3 will be invalid.
