The opening and closing of drawers and doors shall be flexible. 4.7.2 Stability 4.7.2.1 No-load stability Tested in accordance with the method specified in Chapter 5, the cabinet shall not have a tendency to tip over. 4.7.2.2 Loaded stability Tested in accordance with the method specified in Chapter 5, when the foot or the enclosure is lifted off the ground, the force applied to the door and drawer shall be greater than 100N and 50N respectively. 5 Test methods 5.1 Dimensional deviation and geometric tolerance The inspection of dimensional limit deviation, shape and position tolerance shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3324. 5.2 Materials, workmanship, and appearance 5.2.1 The moisture content of wood shall be measured by a wood moisture meter with a measurement accuracy error of no more than ±1.5%. 5.2.2 The inspection of tree species, material, workmanship and appearance shall be carried out by visual inspection and relevant measuring instruments. 5.3 Physical and chemical properties of paint film 5.3.1 Adhesion shall be carried out in accordance with GB4893.4. 5.3.2 Resistance to cold and hot temperature difference shall be carried out in accordance with GB4893.7. 5.3.3 Abrasion resistance shall be carried out in accordance with GB4893.8. 5.4 Mechanical properties 5.4.1 Strength and durability tests shall be carried out in accordance with GB10357.5. 5.4.2 Stability tests shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB10357.4. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection Each batch of products shall be inspected piece by piece by the factory quality inspection department in accordance with 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 before leaving the factory. Products that meet this standard are qualified products, and those that do not meet this standard should be repaired. Products that still fail to meet the standards after repair are unqualified products. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a. New product finalization and identification; When production is resumed after a long period of suspension; When changes in design, main raw materials, and key processes may affect product performance; c. When the technical inspection department believes that the quality is unstable or there are other special needs. d. 6.2.2 Type inspection must be carried out by randomly selecting 5% of the samples from a batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, and the samples should be no less than 2 pieces. 6.2.3 Inspection items include all the contents specified in Chapter 4. 6.2.4 When all samples meet the inspection results of this standard, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If one sample is unqualified, double sampling and re-inspection shall be carried out. If there are still unqualified products after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 277 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking GB/T14530-93 Products shall be marked with enterprise marks when leaving the factory, including factory name, factory address, trademark, inspection stamp, product model, factory or production date. 7.2 Packaging Products shall be padded or packaged during transportation to prevent damage and drawer slippage. 7.3 Transportation Transportation and loading and unloading shall be handled with care to prevent exposure to the sun, rain and impact. 7.4 Storage Products shall be placed in ventilated, dry and clean warehouses during storage. Padding shall be added when stacking to prevent pressure damage.
